Full bath with tub shower. Features a rear covered carport 84" Height x 21' Deep, Granite counter in the kitchen with tile bathroom and PVC flooring throughout.

This Duplex is two blocks from Belmont Park (Mission Beach Amusement Park): indoor olympic size pool and , jacuzzi, and health club. Great for every age: Roller coaster, bumper cars, rides, jungle gym, glow in the dark miniature golf, etc. Lots of restaurants and shops steps away and miles of boardwalk for strolling, biking, and blading.

Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, para sailing, jet skis, etc.
