The hotel was beautiful and the room was incredibly spacious. We booked one night for an early flight out of SD airport. Shuttle service was convenient and fast. Staff waa friendly and courteous. Rooms were quiet- would considering staying longer.

The hotel was okay (not awesome), but its the series of service lapses that's just below expectations. The restaurant's food was pricey but very low quality. When we parked, there were a series of issues with in and out privileges and I was promised a 50 dollar credit but upon checking out I realized they never credited it to the account either. Location was good, near the airport and dtsd, but still far enough to be peaceful enough.

The Bayside Tower is run down in comparison to the Marina Tower, not as clean and when booking there was no mention that the pool on the Bayside Tower was closed. Seemed more like a stop for the Marines and Navy
