This was by far the worst hotel. The badroom door wouldn't even close. They don't even provide any water for the coffee. Also you could hear everything that was going on on the other rooms. Honestly so disappointed wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Great place

Bathroom tub very slippery, bathroom door didn’t shut real good, other then it was and ok stay

It's definitely not as good as I anticipated from a Best Western. No microwave in the rooms which made some meals difficult. Wifi also didn't seem to work right, I couldn't get it to connect on my computer or PlayStation and had to use hotspot the whole week I was there. When we went out on the third day, we came back and the bedside lamps would no longer turn on. We had to move the whole bed to check they were plugged in and they were, so we didn't have as much light after that. But rooms are cleaned daily and staff was nice. They have two hot tubs, and a cafe on site. Overall, a pretty standard hotel that is fine to stay in for a day or two if you don't need bells and whistles. I liked the quietness of the location and felt okay/safe staying there with my partner.

A little hard to get to with all of the construction going on in the area. Other then that, a GREAT place to stay. you feel safe there. I had surgery and my girlfriend had to stay at the motel by her self. I was not worried a bit about he. That's how safe I believe the property is. The rooms was in great shape. With all the amenities.

As we drove up there were homeless people sitting against the wall. One of them was clearly doing drugs. Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. The hotel itself looked nice from the outside and it looked as if they were renovating some rooms. Our room was decent for what we paid. Unfortunately they turned the water off during the day and the toilet and shower did not work for a few hours. But the pool and jacuzzi were a very nice way to wind down at the end of the day.

Staff was very nice, cafe was good had fun at the pool

The property was ok, but our room was dirty, smelled, and it didn’t seem like they took precautions against covid to sanitize the rooms. Definitely won’t be back here and it was overpriced for the crappy small room.

Very nice photos online. Very green property, the rooms however were not very clean. There was obvious blood splatter on the ceiling of the first room we stayed in that we didn’t notice until we had to switch rooms due to noisy neighbors. We called numerous times the first night about the people in the next room being very loud and banging from 1-4am, the front desk informed us they were getting multiple complaints about this noisy room. The next morning they made us pack up and take all our stuff with us and the got a new room away from the noise. They moved four people due to one noisy customer what sense does that make. Then the second room the door handle was stuck and it would not close all the way unless you manually released the turned inner handle. Still not the cleanest either but was a pillow to sleep on. Definitely not even close to worth the price.

Great property with great staff!

They charged my card 500 just to stay one night. I am single mom just wanted to get away for a night and now I don’t even have enough to pay my car . I don’t think that’s fair at all, I am calling the bbb ,

Property served us well for our quick getaway overnighter in San Diego.

This was another two night re-stay within a month. The place is more a tropical resort than just a hotel/motel. Didn't need to get in vehicle and drive to restaurant but was able to eat at restaurant on site. Also had a fun bar that has a "Cheers/Tiki Bar" vibe. Good food and drinks and service. The bar even served free nachos and Cracker Jacks since the Baseball All Star game was on TV! Check in staff when the extra mile to get us the right room for us -- quiet and next to the pool (the noise comes from the nearby freeways).

Great location

Access is confusing

The grounds are gorgeous. It is like being at a resort in Hawaii with lots of tropical plants and flowers. There is a nice pool with a tropical bar and lanai restaurant adjacent to the pool area. The food and drinks are excellent. The negatives are that the resort is located at the intersection of two major freeways so there is a lot of traffic noise. Also our two bed room didn't was cramped.

The outside was kept up nicely. The staff was nice & helpful. There were random people outside that weren't guests just hanging around all night. The walls are paper thin. Ingot no sleep because of noisy neighbors partying til 4 am. Our stay was so very unpleasant.
