Beautiful room, great concierge service, good breakfast, perfect vacation.

Very nice and clean

The hotel and room were clean and well appointed. The workout room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was also very nice. The staff was nice and helpful when we needed things. However, the breakfast buffet was limited and basic. We were presented with the exact same options every day (7 days). We were seated daily to ensure we didn’t have to fight for a table. We dined out for dinner each day and stored leftovers in our fridge but had to pay $25 to have a microwave brought to our room. The people in the cafe would not microwave our food for us and we had to buy something at the cafe in order to get plates to eat on. San Francisco is dirty and sadly there were lots of homeless people. This is NOT the hotels fault but a result of societal failures. There was lots to do near us and we were able to walk to everything, food, the piers, tour pickups, and dining. The hotel is conveniently located near the action which made for noisy nights. All in all we had a great experience.

Best hotel in San Francisco fisherman’s wharf

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. We heard EVERY conversation in the room next door and in the hallway. We had a room facing the street and that was beyond noisy. We needed a place that was safe and walkable to Pier 39. We were gone most of the time so the noise wasn't too bad. However, if you're looking for a romantic getaway, I don't recommend. Though the breakfast was delicious!!!

We paid $57 per night for parking in the hotel’s garage and our car window was still smashed to pieces.

Great location to Fisherman's Wharf and pier 39. Hotel lobby was clean and modern. The rooms were a little tired, but not as bad as other hotels we stayed in. Bathroom was ridiculously small for how large the bed area was. The check-in process took longer than it should have. Breakfast was good, but we got yelled at when we tried to bring a cup of coffee back to the room. Orbitz price includes "all taxes and fees", but the hotel still collects $34/night "resort fee". It's a little misleading on Orbtiz site because it looks like there are no additional charges. We were on the top floor and the rooms were quiet. Parking in any in any major city is a rip-off so not surprised by the $57/night cost.

Comfy rooms, convenient location, incredible breakfast buffet and friendly and helpful staff. Two things to keep in mind 1) the water is a little soft, which I'm not crazy about, and 2) the rooms have low-flow toilets, which I'm also not crazy about, but I understand why they're necessary. I'll stay there again next time I'm in town.

A little noise from the street in the room

Great staff, the room was ok,could hear people above us walking, the bathroom was very small but the breakfast was outstanding so many options to choose from I give them a 10 on breakfast. None of the Hotels should charge for Resort fees! Because it says that they are included in the price but still charge you for them,in my opinion not good customer service.

Main hotel is as advertised, large lobby with bar, comfortable seating & personable staff. Comfortable outdoor sofa & chairs with glass rectangular fire pits for warmth. A detached building houses gym & several dozen rooms. The only access is via 5-6 steps to main entrance, then elevator to higher levels. At the very least a ramp should be available. Overall I would recommend.

The breakfast was excellent, our room was nice but noisy from the cars and people.

Great breakfast!

The staff was awesome. Breakfast was included what a well organized feast. Coming from the east coast. Parking was expensive but we had in/out privileges, which was good.

I liked the spaciousness of the room. The decor was current and not dated. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise. The downside for me was the over priced parking $57 for 1 night.
