It’s all musty and pretty outdated. No hot water until a couple hours later. Clearly said breakfast and still no breakfast.

Dirty carpet, broken bathroom equipment

Staff was friendly and helpful. It just seems like the whole place smells like cigarette smoke. One of my towels had a clump of hair on the backside that was very much not mine. And the walls are super thin. So when the big family nexts door comes back from Disneyland at 1:30am, you’re gonna know haha. There is also a house near the property that plays really loud music at night. Everything put together made my stay an anxious one, but I did save a few bucks.

They forgot to get us extra towels,there is only one free car parking per room, and the rooms are ok. Overall, not great, but not horrible either.

Didn't look like a 4.5 star hotel, more like a motel daily inn stayed place... Service was good, area had alot of cats too.

Careful booking here. I got “upgraded” to a suite due to overbooking. The bathroom shower was a area curtained off marked only by a different color tile and the chair holding the curtain up. There were guests yelling in the parking lot. The staff was very friendly. But I do not recommend staying here. I couldn’t bear staying my night due to the shower looking the way it was.

The second day at the hotel. The restroom like didn’t turn on. We had to use a side lamp. The room looked decently clean. Front desk clerk was friendly and prompt with our check in. Located in a convenient.

RUN ...,.DO NOT BOOK HERE. This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed at. We were in a family suite and first off when we entered our room there was trash on the floor, dirty socks, dirty tissue, and wrappers all on the floor. When asked if our room was cleaned the maid responded with YES I CLEANED IT. We then showed her what we walked into. THEN our sink was clogged and no one ever came up to fix it. The AC in one of the rooms didn’t work. The whole environment was dirty and disgusting. We tried to make the best of this horrible experience and go swimming. We asked for pool towels and were given thin towels that looked like large rags. And had to sign them out and were told if we didn’t return after using we would be charged $5 per towel. Another lady was there with her kids and mentioned she found roaches in her room. This ruined our trip and grossed us out. We were denied another room and a refund. This place should be shut down. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

There were 4 lights in my room and only one worked. I never got new towels & had to go buy my own because the ones In my room were stained and dingy. The front desk staff was rude. And there was so much activity at night time a lot of drug dealing and loitering. Definitely would not recommend if traveling with kids. I would not stay here again.

This seems like a party hotel, people were playing loud music all night in their rooms and in the parking lot. Staff was kind but i would never stay here again.

Stay away from this hotel. Can't comprehend why they advertise it as clean. I found hair in the sheets and pillow covers. Table were disgusting. I was disappointed for the experience and also with Orbitz.

My Boyfriend And I wanted to get away for our anniversary and with Covid-19 right now, we didn’t want to travel far. We live in San Diego county and ended up driving here to be close to Disney. The hotel had a very nice appearance and resembled apartments more than a hotel. We stayed in the jacuzzi room and it was perfect! We were both able to fit and sprawl out in the jacuzzi and Watch tv. The only thing to make our stay better would be to update the bedding. It was a non smokers room but there were burn marks in some of the bedspread. Over all we had a delightful experience and we definitely will come back

Would not recommend staying here! As soon as we walked into our room we found a roach in the restroom and another on the bed :/

Skip this place. It says smoke free but the place reeks of cigarettes penetrated in the walls. It creaks. And they do not care about noise levels. I had to call in to advise/ complain there was extremely loud music playing going into 3am. Like walls rattling full blown party. I wouldn’t normally care but I really needed my sleep and I wasn’t able to sleep at all. Let alone the doors creaking once it was quiet. Totally not worth any amount spent with discount. The bathtub leaked water I had to use most of the towels (that were not the cleanest) to soak up the water. Thank god I had the good sense to leave my clothes on the counter otherwise I would have went home with soaked clothes. The rooms are good size. If you’re a person that doesn’t care to sleep or have a restful night go for it. And make sure that you waive your hand and file a complete complaint before leaving the property because they turn around and tell orbitz you didn’t complain. And won’t refund you. I’m so like disgusted. Anyway if I could give a negative score I would.

my husband and I come once in a while for an overnight getaway. It was decent but lately, We have been seeing a lot of drug addicts and homeless staying there. Not cool for us.

Room was okay. Did not enjoy the smell, tried to spray it down.

Refrigerator wasn’t working and didn’t have floor mat by the jacuzzi.
