The Security was good at the hotel. The staff at the hotel were nice and kind. the room had tissue stuff in the peak hole in the door. the hallway had tissue on the floor that wasn't vacuumed up for three days.

Located close-ish to Disney, they had a room available on a very busy weekend, and it boasted a jacuzzi tub. Check-in was easy. The clerk was friendly and made sure to let me know they had ice. Parking is sketchy. We were told to park where there was space. The 2nd gate to the property is not functional, which leads to a bottleneck at the entrance. The room was dated, and that's being nice. It was clean. The bed was not great, but big. The pillows were terrible. However, there was a jacuzzi tub (see video). Overall, we would not stay here again, but it worked for our quick trip to the theme park.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, my only issue was after the first day, my room key cards kept deactivating. Which was annoying. At first I thought it was from the magnet in my phone, but I had it reactivated one night, set in straight away on my dresser, then the next morning as I was went out for only a moment, they key didn’t work. And not just mine, but my husbands and Daughter’s card. Oh and a stranger walked into our room before dawn on our last night there. Thankfully they left right away.

It is not a hotel I would ever use again. Based on pictures, it seems like hotel room entrances are indoors, but that was not the case for most of the rooms. I would never stay at a hotel with outdoor front doors. The hotel is also old and barely clean. There are no amenities at this hotel that makes it comfortable even for a quick trip. The shower is very weak. The pillows and bedding are also very old, and it was weird to sleep on such used pillows. Wi-Fi was slow and not worth using for very basic phone usage. If you stay here, you’ll be fine. No signs of bed bugs, outlets worked, water was heated, and there’s a working tv. It is clean enough (still dusty and old). However, it is not comfortable, and I did not want to spend a minute longer than needed in the room. We had a short stay, we were fine. I would not stay here again for a lot of reasons, but if you need a stay that is cheaper and don’t plan on being in the room much, you’ll be fine here.
