Breakfast was the same everyday eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, toast, cereal. There is a waffle station but there are only 3 waffle makers. And the juices were very watered down. The hallways smelled awful everyday. The rooms were just a regular room it was cleaned once while we were there and when i say cleaned the only thing that was done was the beds were made no sweeping, vacuuming or additional towels. We were there to celebrate my daughters birthday and on the second day Bryan sent up some snacks for her this was the best part of the stay he really went out of his way to do something nice for her. We chose this hotel because it had such good reviews so I expected alot more than what it was. It was really just a room and eggs for breakfast nothing more.

The hotel was very pleasant my only issue was a young lady working the check in was not as friendly as the other staff. We did enjoy the size of the room, free breakfast before our conference so we didn't have to worry about it

We have stayed here a few times, but this time was a bit off. Just small things but the shower pressure was bad, the pillows were dead, like no fluff and we didn't get our complimentary water. Like I said, not the worse things, but minor things.

Overall a good experience. The breakfast was nice and the ladies were quick to clean up messes and restock the buffet. i appreciated the daily fresh cut fruit. I was happy with how convenient and clean the hotel was. However, not thrilled with the front office staff who seemed to show no effort in extending hospitality. After a very long day at Disneyland, my child and I arrived back after dark and I was having difficulty scanning my room key and propping open the front door to get inside. The two young men working the front desk that night made no effort to walk over to assist us when they looked over and saw me struggling with the door, the stroller, two bags and a kid. They did not even greet us when we entered the hotel. Perhaps we had been spoiled by the exceptional Disneyland hospitality we had experienced for the past 15 hours. Perhaps I just expected basic manners from front of house staff. The most helpful and courteous staff were the ladies working breakfast service and the cleaning staff.

Everyone was so friendly at the hotel. The hotel was very clean. The room was beautiful and clean breakfast. There was plenty to eat. It was kept up and very clean. The staff was so sweet.
