The rooms were clean & beds comfy enough, the front desk staff was 6/10 when it comes to customer service. The breakfasts is great, changes everyday & has a lot to choose from, especially if you have kids. If you’re staying here for Disneyland, pay attention: The walk to the Toy Story lot (aka the-shuttle)is much further than the map shows, keep this in mind when booking. It’s a free shuttle but starting off the day with that walk and ending the day with it is absolutely brutal. I feel like it adds unnecessary foot mileage to your day. The perk is that you get to go through security at the parking lot & then bypass it at the park itself. Overall it’s a nice place to stay but that shuttle walk really blows lol Oh and the daily parking rate seems absolutely ridiculous as well.

Hotel was very clean and had good shampoo and conditioner. The only feedback I’d give is that it is very close to the main road and freeway, so it was pretty noisy in the morning.

I had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable and I especially appreciated the blackout curtains. The breakfast was delicious. Proximity to the Toy Story lot for DisneyLand made coming to and from the parks easy. Will stay here again.

I stayed at the property on two separate occasions for a total of five nights. Although I requested housekeeping service each day, it was only provided once during my stays. Breakfast was satisfactory and met expectations. However, the beds were quite firm, and the sheets were noticeably rough, making movement uncomfortable. Overall, I do not feel the experience was worth the price I paid.
