Check in was fast and the employee was excellent- courteous, all employees I walked by were smiling and courtyard. Room was very good but I wish they had USB ports in there lamps or wall plus. Almost all the other hotels I’ve stayed at have this simple convenience..

Out of the multiple hotels i have stayed at near Disneyland this one is the best! Its comfy and clean. Best of all its directly accross for the park! The parking is $17 an hour but

The only good thing I can say its that the property is across for Disney, so convenient in that way. This property is mislabeled because it is NOT a hotel its a MOTEL!!! our room door was missing the rubber part to it at the bottom so the air and light was visible. I actually thought people where exaggerating when they stated in the reviews that the noise was bad due to the paper thin walls lol... but it was. The staff was friendly. Its old and outdated so you get what you pay for..

Close to the parks and restaurants, rooms are great and clean, huge tubs.

The hotel has its own resturant on the roof and my family was able to watch the fireworks while having dinner

Very friendly staff and the room is large, clean and comfy. The check in process wasn't very fast even though we had already prechecked earlier in the day. They were accommodating to our needs with small children. They ensured a quiet room and had a crib set up already. Just of note: they warned us we would hear the music from the roof top bar in the center tower, but the rooms at the back of the property are quiet.

The staff make this place stand out! Every staff member we encountered was awesome! Really close to Disneyland, another positive. Otherwise, just a regular property. Appreciated the water in the snack bag, otherwise bleckkkk! Didn't make it up to The Fifth but it sounded fun! Glad we were on ground level, otherwise might be a noise complaint from us! Overall, happy with our stay!

Love the idea how The Fifth was at the rooftop of the hotel. My Fiancé and I had our Engagement Party with our close coworkers there. Very memorable. Plus we got to see the firework show from Disneyland.

Always have a great time at this hotel. It’s across the street from Disney so super convenient. Rooms are nice and up to date. We love that they do have bigger more spacious rooms when are whole family comes. The have a nice roof top patio/bar for the adults. We stay here every time. Haven’t found anything better with price and rooms that compare.

The location is amazing. The rooms are extremely small (you can't even sit at the table in the room because it is too small for the chairs!) and the beds are very uncomfortable. Staff are nice, helpful, and hard working. Overall, the hotel is just priced too high for what they offer. Most other hotels in the area have larger rooms, free breakfast etc. we will choose another hotel in this immediate location next time.

We didn't realize the room type we payed for would be directly below the rooftop bar, and when we expressed our concern the front desk staff was super helpful in getting us a bit further away from the party that would be at the bar, and we hardly heard any noise. The hotel was clean, the room was a decent size, beds were fine. The pool was small, but the kids Loved the splash pad type feel to it. Loved having the convenience of stores and food on the first floor. The walk to Disneyland was super quick. We've stayed at at 11 other hotels right along harbor Blvd and this was definitely in the top 3 and will be staying here again. Also, the little sack lunch they give in the morning is a nice touch. Kept the kids occupied while waiting in line to get through security.

The snack bags each day were fantastic to take with us to Disneyland.

It is a short walk to and from the main gate, which was very nice at the end of a long day at Disneyland.

We had a problem with our microwave and fridge that wasn’t addressed at all. The problem with the fridge was it didn’t work! It mean it turned on and made a clanking noise all day and night but forget keeping leftovers or your $8 smoothies in there fir later because it didn’t get a single thing cold. A pointless loud feature in the room. Our microwave had a burnt smell and reared of coffee so that was replaced but they refused to replace the fridge. The bathroom had a continuous sulfur smell and I couldn’t get my kids to brush their teeth without a fight cause of the smell. The beds are comfortable but the comforter was super thin and we were cold. The pool was awesome though and the location was perfect. Maybe the next people after us will complain as well and get a swap out of the fridge. Hey I got the microwave done for us! I will totally go here again though and will just get these matters set right away. We stayed 6 nights and had 5 days in Disneyland.

The best part of this hotel is the location. Don't expect much other than a short walk to Disneyland and a bed to sleep in. The first room I checked into smelt like a long-time smoking room so I asked to change to a different room. The rooms are dingy, the A/C didn't work and sounded like a cement truck, the towels were very course, and the "cleaning" was very minimal. I likely wouldn't stay here again unless I couldn't find something cheaper.
