Good
We are always happy with our stay. The staff is great check is simple and easy. The rooms have always been clean. We haven’t used the pool but it looks great for kids it has lil water cannons and easy access.
The room was good, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The easy walk to Disneyland was a definite perk.
The air conditioning unit was disgusting. It blew out fuzz and crud when I turned it on. I had two roaches in the bathroom. The tv remote didn't work. I had a unit by the staff/supply/laundry room and they had their music up and were making a bunch of noise. I would not stay here again. The only positive is that is it very close to Disneyland.
Place was clean, great price and close to Disneyland and food but the rooms (at least on the ground floor) don’t block out any sound at all. Can hear people loudly walking by with luggage and strollers starting at 4am… also can hear all conversations in the next rooms. Had to sleep with pillows on my head.
Good place to stay and enjoy Disney Land.
Perfect distance from the parks. It was easy for my family and I to go back-and-forth during the day for breaks and not have to wait on the tram.
We were given a room in the hotel tower, same building as the front desk and the rooftop club/bar. At first, I thought much better than the motel rooms available. However, the noise level was awful with the rooftop dance club/bar! Due to the sounds of chairs being dragged across the floor (Wednesday/Thursday night until 11) and then the very, very loud music until midnight on Friday coming from the rooftop club, we were unable to get much sleep or relax. The room seemed to be on a 'operations level' we were surrounded by store rooms and offices, it was very commercial, not welcoming or inviting at all. I have never had such a horrible experience with noise, it was AWFUL. When you visit Disneyland, the park is so magical, this MOTEL (all other rooms are outside/motel type rooms) is SUCH a let down. Stay elsewhere closer to the park and no clubs/bars to keep you up all hours!
Very close to Disneyland. Incredibly friendly staff and clean rooms with little noise problems. Would definitely stay here again!
It's nice how near it is to Disney, but the rooms are small and no breakfast.
I liked how close this property is to Disneyland. Other than that, I was very disappointed in my stay at the Grand Legacy. The walls are too thin, I could hear everything in the hallways or rooms next door. The beds were okay not comfortable. When checking in the staff looked a bit overwhelmed and stressed and the vallet worker was very unfriendly. Also, when checking out, i asked if i could extend my parking for the day, as we were going to go to Disneyland and I was told no. But then a guest soon after me asked another worker at the front desk and was told yes. I was pretty upset by that and the worker I had asked then extended my parking for the day. I'm not sure if the employees are not on the same page or if the employee I asked did not want to be bothered with the request. I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
Excellent
We have always enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Check is easy and fast. The actual room is clean. Unfortunately on this stay our beds not so great… But the staff was nice and fast and we had a great stay. There is an awesome Asian food restaurant right infront of the hotel a huge plus and good food. All in all yes we would stay here again just hope to not get that bed 😮💨😮💨😮💨
Good for the money
Clean and spacious rooms. Great location to the parks.
Cant beat the location as its directly across from the disney entrance. Nothing fancy about the rooms but they were clean! No weird smells or anything. Its laid out like a motel, only complaint is that the sheets are not warm they need a better comforter esp in winter season. Other than that I would book again esp for the convenience of the location. Great hotel if just wanting to pass out and sleep but not spending much time in the actual room. Would book again for future disney trips.
There was dirt in the bath tube and when we came back from the park we found ants in the sink, we call the office and they sent someone over who just sprayed the ants and we had to clean them up ourselves, there were several homeless people outside of the hotel and what it looked like was black mold around the tub. The glass pain on the shower was dirty also
