For a "non-smoking hotel" there was persistent weed smoke wafting onto our balcony any time we tried to use it which made the balcony completely unusable. The hotel said they would look into it and get back to us - they never did until we reached out to them online after we left. In addition there was a vape pen that our kids fished out of the swimming pool on the first day of our stay that remained by the pool forthe remainder of our stay - indicating toffee pool area was never cleaned :/

Hotel was very clean very happy with the stay hand hand sanitations through out property's and staff was excellent especially the young lady at the front desk.

Nice property, however I was charged $26 to self park and all other guests were parking for free and driving through a broken barrier. I don’t feel they should have charged for parking

The room was spotless, loved the room design. Somewhere I would want to stay again.

Love the location, the surrounding area, just had a honestly bad fluke check in experience.

Parking was expensive at $27 per night. We had to park two vehicles due to attending a trade show.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The general atmosphere is fun and friendly. Self parking is to expensive, Internet should be free.

The Anaheim Marriott is definitely a business class property. My son and I stayed here on a recent visit to Disneyland at Christmas time and were met with a "cold reception." There was little evidence that it was a holiday as the decor barely reflected any change and little to no charm. This extended to the room that was a long jaunt just to reach an elevator only to be welcomed with a sterile, not so cozy feel with a concrete view in the king bedroom. At reception we were quickly greeted, but were not given any details on bus routes, wifi, dining or property features. As we were directed to our room we were told about ART passes, which the rep said she didn't have available at this time. However when we returned downstairs another rep had them available and this was only a 10 minute difference from our last visit. The room service here is deceiving. Ordering after hours is very limited and the standard room service charges aren't calculated as any other property I've ever visited. Two plus sides for this property, the first being it's location to Disneyland. The second is the elevator service. We NEVER waited more than 30 seconds for the elevator, so that was awesome. My recommendation for a Marriott property would be the Marriott Courtyard, also located by the convention center. But the most welcoming Christmas feeling in that zone is at the Hilton and they have the best views of the fireworks, from your balcony!

Was extremely disappointed by the service and condition of the hotel. Tv/Remote did not work, even though contacted front desk for service and they tried to fix, still never worked. Size of the room was very small, especially for family of 4 (2 adults, 2 small children) and tried to purchase an additional room but was told none was available that evening, and staff never followed up after that first night. Black mold like substance surrounded the window. And after all of this being shared with front desk, they did nothing, just said that they hope the next stay we have with them is better.
