The pools are amazing. However, the don't have food service at the pool. You have to go to the bar area to order food and then you can bring it down to the pool. You are also able to do a mobile order as well. A pro: being able to see the characters walking around the hotel. A con: the hotel is super pricey, for what you pay, I would have expected more amenities. At check in, our room wasn't ready by the 3pm promised time. This was especially challenging with a tired toddler. We had to wait almost an hour for our room, hotel staff was not very helpful or friendly during this time.

Clean, quiet room, conveniently located to the parks.

Friendly and very helpful staff! Pool is awesome and very warm!

Location is great but it's still a 10-15 minute walk to the park. It is enjoyable however because it's through Downtown Disney. Check-in was a disaster with events going on. It took 15 minutes of waiting in traffic with an inexperienced employee directing cars. This was just to get to valet. For $35/night I'd expect it to be more organized. We requested luggage assistance but there weren't enough employees to assist. We ended up telling them to disregard and doing it ourselves. The check-in employee was mediocre, ultimately putting us in an accessible room which was not requested or divulged by the employee. An accessible room is not ideal for people who are 5'10 and above as you have to bend down for everything. The sinks, tub handles, toilet, and other amenities are too low so I would have preferred if they would have told us. Upon calling to ask why we were put in that room, they offered to change rooms. Confusing considering we wanted a regular room in the first place. I realize these are seemingly small details however, for $500/night it's the small details that matter. Personalized service is what you are paying for at that rate.

Checking in was super easy and quick. Hotel experience was wonderful!

Met expectations and more. It is worth every dollar that you'll spend here in this well planned and well maintained resort.

Close to the park entrance and downtown Disney. Very good amenities.

Loved the atmosphere! The hotel was amazing! The only thing I would have liked more was a basic kids menu at the quick service restaurant!

It was wonderful to be able to take a break from the heat and go to the beautiful pool before going back into the parks. The pool food was excellent as well as the service we received. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and it wasn’t as full as I thought it would be. Rooms were great and very specious.

Small rooms (even premium rooms), bathrooms small and dark. We had an issue with our initial room (no cold water in sink - just hot), they were helpful to move us, but new room water temp fluctuated at all hours. Mechanical systems just not what one would expect for the price.

Location was great since it was short walking distance to both parks!
