Check-in was welcoming and very accomodating! The overall experience was pleasant and relaxing

A lot of money but extremely convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was disappointed as I specifically asked about the pools and water slide. I was told everything was open. The slide was not. The decor is lovely but there’s no differences between the Paradise Pier and the Grand California except convenience and high end dining.

The staff could have been friendlier. The lobby is cold and somewhat dirty given the number of people coming through. Not five star.

Always the best experience staying at Disneyland's Grand Californian! Our family's go-to resort!!

This was my 15th year at the Grand California - never lets me down

Location was the most important thing. Good service and check in. Exter trundle bed for little one was a plus.

Loved the entrance into California adventure and the service

Wonderful service . All our needs were met. Loved the veranda service

When we got down there we learned that the spa portion of the Grand California and Spa is no longer there. They still have signs up everywhere for it but it has been removed. Also after 4 days of trying to find a spot at the pool we gave up. There were several areas that were open but ‘reserved’ and never had anyone there. For the price, find somewhere else.

Location was great and checking in was very friendly and quick!

Entrance to disney. Poolside staff needs improvement

Beautiful property and the staff was helped pull in Friendly

Most convenient location in heart of downtown Disney with direct access to California Adventure from the hotel. However, this is not a luxury hotel as Disney claims. It’s perfectly nice, but not on-par with their luxury properties in Disney World Florida. Staff very nice, but long and inefficient check-in process and to purchase park tickets. They have a Disney Princess buffet breakfast that sounded great, until I saw it cost $125/person, even kids. That is totally outrageous for pancakes and eggs and not a reasonable/affordable price for families.

Great location with a friendly staff! Service from the front desk is always excellent but wished the Bellhop service wasn't delayed so much
