The staff was very up beat and happy. Great customer service. Beds were cosy. The down side the bathrooms were small but nice shower.

Property was well located in close walking distance to Disneyland. Parking is pretty easy, but they didn’t tell us up front that tax isn’t included in the quoted price. The employee that assisted us with check-in was very rude and it seemed like we’d somehow annoyed him from the moment we walked in. Every answer was snide and he seemed put out to have to help check us in. Terrible service to start. We did experience better service from everyone else we dealt with, but the first experience definitely left a bad impression. I will look elsewhere next time I stay near Disneyland.
