The staff was wonderful, the location is good; walking distance to the free Toy Story Shuttle. The overall experience was fine, but the included breakfast was grab and go bread, fruit, cereal or yogurt because the regular breakfast room was under construction. We booked this location because of the free breakfast, but had to supplement our breakfast anyway.

The room was nice and the staff were wonderful. Kids had fun in the pool and the water was a great temperature. Breakfast wasn’t gourmet but did the job! It was a little further of a walk to Disney, but manageable. Going there was fine, but it seemed forever on the way back 😆.

The property and staff were great, but we were very disappointed that we got no previous notice about the breakfast being only continental instead of the usual. It was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

We stayed in middle of January. Pool was warm. Employees were friendly. There was an issue with the booking I made through Expedia and Expedia was hard to work with but the employee at BW went above and beyond to make everything right.

The room was in good condition. Nothing inside the room had damage and it was clean. The late night receptionist was very nice and reminded us multiple times that they serve coffee and hot cocoa all day every day. The shower head lacked pressure when on the full shower spray setting but it did the job. The only issue I had with the stay was the breakfast. Their dining hall was under construction and their food options were mainly all processed. They only offered some fruits, Quaker granola bars, prepackaged pastries, breads, and a yogurt/oatmeal bar with 6 toppings. There were no pancakes, waffles, eggs...basic breakfast items that would expect for paying at a hotel like this. But, overall, it's a Best Western and an $8 Uber ride to Disneyland in the morning. Or you can hop on the bus from the Toy Story parking lot next door to get to the park.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the bedrooms could use some updating. The pillows and beds were uncomfortable. I recommend bringing your own pillows. It was a decent room for the price so if you’re only sleeping in the room, it was fine.
