The hotel was dirty and too many issues with things not working.

It’s a Motel 6. Nothing but Drug Addicts Very Shady People they allow There! People allowed parting in the pool past 11pm and the Parking Area is Dark and full of Lowlife Druggies! The Hotel it’s self is Dirty and the Room smells like Old Smokers room! Never will I Stay here Again!

What I didn't like was there was no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner to use in shower they didn't refill them. Also was a tiny drop of blood under toilet seat. Another thing was the gate to exit outside the hotel which is next to room 111 was very noisy hard to sleep to.

I have been staying at this Hotel...formerly the Menage for the last 11 years...every year in the middle of January. It had been slowly deteriorating in quality of amenities. Then Sheraton bought it. The first year that Sheraton bought it...it was really bad, and I seriously considered a different hotel. I decided to give it one more try...it takes a while to turn things around. Boy am I glad I did. It is now firmly my go to Hotel in the Anaheim area! It has improved dramatically...AND it is nice to have the Restaurant back! I would like the pool side bar to be open...but understand that they only have it open in the summer...however us Northern people think it is summer when we go to Anaheim in January. ;) Great Place...Great Service...Highly Recommend.

No breakfast and paid paid for parking / valet they weren’t every around .. waisted money for no reason

Close to Disneyland Very noisy because of freeway

It was convenient to our daily activities and easy to locate.

It very clean and maintained over all staff was very pleasant. I ran into one clerk at the front desk who very abrupt and rude but the other made up in going the extra mile.

The property was nice. The location was great in regards to attending Disneyland.

The room smelled like grossly over-used cherry deodorant

Parking was the most problem i had during our stay, when u already paid for it but you have to run back and forth if youre going in and out to get another ticket to re-enter, especially WHEN ITS HEAVY POURING RAIN. The help button was useless, would ask that I have to get a new ticket for the one i paid for with 3 cars behind me and without any other recommendation/option. I hope they fix that.

Extremely loud between freeway traffic, a running toilet, a dripping shower and a noisy fridge, but they did provide earplugs. The shower has amazing water pressure which most hotels do not and then bed was very comfy.

Friendly staff, clean room, no room service and highway very loud. Do not like having to pay a third party for parking that the gate never worked right.

It was great! I didn’t expected that the Firework sound will be that loude

The room was okay. Hotel is close to Disneyland which is a plus. The eating place Tru Gritz however was a let down. When it rained the place had several leaks causing people to walk around several buckets on the floor. Their hours of operation says they close at 10:30 pm but at 10 pm was not preparing any food.

Me and my family liked that the hotel was so close to Disneyland. We did not like how close the hotel was to the highway. The highway is very busy and noisy 24 hours.

Close to Disneyland. Expensive to park overnight, especially since we were just staying to avoid the drive back to san diego. Checked in later so we got the room across from the elevator which was a bit noisy. But otherwise the room was comfortable and clean.

Nice hotel. Good Amenities. Close to Disneyland & other Anaheim attractions.

Overall a very good stay. Though refreshed and remodeled, it is an older property, so things aren't perfect, but only in minor ways. But staff was friendly; the rooms were clean and comfortable; the pool and hot tub is open 24 hours (which is awesome after a long day in the Disney Parks) and they had free bottles of water in the rooms! A rarity, it seems, for most hotels and extremely grateful to have. It's small things like that, and cookies at the front desk that make it a great stay. However, beware of the markup at the souvenir/dry goods store in the lobby...$20 for Sunscreen? Yikes! (this wasn't the Hotel Pantry, however) Totally will stay again for comfort and convenience.
