Front desk staff were really nice. Room was nice and spacious. However, the bunk beds didn't work for our young kids as there's not a lot of guards for the top bunk. The bathroom didn't have an operational fan, which means there is mold in the bathroom. Outside of that though, the room is pretty clean and the bed was just fine. The pool is nice and large and plenty of towels by the pool. The hot tub was dirty with leaves and cloudy water, although it is nice and large as well. Unfortunately, while we were staying there was construction at the hotel so there was loud banging and construction vehicles while trying to enjoy the pool facilities. All in all happy with the stay for a reasonable price in the area. Would consider this property again when I am in the area next.

Arrived to check in. Was given room to go to. We were set up to go to a room on the 4th floor. Open entering room we walked into a room with a cart full on tools. And my children wanted to use he restroom but there was urine on the toilet seats. We called front desk and they told us we had to go back downstairs for another room. They didnt offer anything for the inconvenience, I felt the situation was not professional at all. And we also didn't like that the tv was not a smart tv, we had brought our laptop to connect but the tv did not allow us to use the hdmi setting.

The hotel itself was beautiful, the room was nice and the bathroom was really good sized. The service was great as well. The only negative thing I have to say about it was that they had construction work going outside and starting at 8am there was a jackhammer right outside my window. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of my stay but it wasn’t too bad

Mildew in bathroom, fan in bathroom did not work. Under construction so wakened by jackhammering that went on and on. Thin walls so heard couple down the hall fighting “I’ll never marry you,” room next door country music full blast, room actors the hall little kids awake screaming till 1:30am and again starting at 6am never once heard the parents ask them to be quiet. Room in poor condition, dirty. Rugs in the hallway rippling so not safe especially for anyone unsteady on their feet.

I booked this hotel for a short stay because of a concert! It was unexpected to see the construction going on and the water being disrupted for a short few hours the following day, but we weren't in our rooms that often so it did not bother us! Overall a comfortable stay and wpuld come back for concert or disneyland related trips near by!

Not what I expected

The water was shut off for a period of time .. so no showers or toilet use??? The TV didn’t work. No hot water for showers, asked twice, still none. Asked questions at check in about shuttle use and was told just download this app, we know a lot about Disneyland, but couldn’t off anything else .i asked about restaurants around area and was told to google, “there are lots”. Disappointed to say the least. Construction was ongoing, so noise, lobby relocated… just not a pleasant stay. I know the water being turned off wasn’t the hotels fault, but it was an inconvenience and we should have received a discount on our stay.

We did not feel "like welcomed guests" beginning at check-in. The fact that we we're charged $28+ PER DAY to park was not disclosed until 2 days prior to our arrival. Front desk made it sound as though we'd be charged for maid service if required during our 3 day stay. Also. A "large group gratuitiy" was automatically charged to our overpriced breakfast check for our party of 3. Will never stay there again.

Would stay again.

Very pleasant stay. We booked the bunk bed room but found the top bunk wasn't safe enough for our 6 year old. For older kids it would be just fine. The pool is large and nice. The hot tub large as well. Little cloudy water in the hot tub but plenty of places to sit or lay by the pool. Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation so there is loud construction work by the pool. Staff very friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. Our particular room didn't have a fan so the bathroom had some mold spots and nothing dried in there. All in all good hotel for the price. I would stay again. Restaurant looks great but didn't try it out. Plenty of parking however parking expensive overnight.

Family of 4, selected the bunk beds plus king bed. During checkin, the lady was nice and welcoming. Our room was exactly what we had picked online. Great experience. Clean room, enough room for us 4. Will be staying again for any future trips .
