I like this hotel because its close to Disney and restaurants and for the most part always clean. However the beds are horrible. Both of the beds in the room we stayed in were like sleeping on cement, hard as a rock and one of the beds had a spring poking out the the side that cut me on the leg. I did advise the receptionist at the front counter when I checked out she didnt seem to care very to much. She didn't ask what bed had the spring poking out of it or anything else.

I like that it was a close walk to Disneyland. The room was not the best, it smell when we get into the room. Some dead bugs by the window. The bed was hard to sleep in.

Cleanliness is not their strong suit.

*Beds are firm with rigid support at the edges. *Floors are hard wood but the floors aren't mopped AT ALL. toddler walked around barefooted for like an hour when we checked in and bottom of his feet where black of dirt. *Rooms are run down. *Rooms aren't dusted or they sit unbooked for a long time *AC unit smells like mold when turned on Cleanliness is not this hotels strong suit, close to the park tho and if you only need it to keep yout things safe and a place to shower this is it!

If you’re just looking for a place to sleep after long days at Disneyland, this hotel gets the job done. It’s extremely budget-friendly and you truly can’t beat the walking distance to the parks—major perk if you don’t want to deal with parking or shuttles. The room itself was basic but fine for what we needed. Nothing fancy, but that’s not what we were paying for. That said, there was one major issue: we specifically requested a ground floor accessible room for a wheelchair user in our group. While the room was on the first floor and indicated it was ADA, the bathroom doorway was too narrow for even a slim wheelchair to pass through. That’s a serious oversight. Accessible should mean accessible—not “close, but not quite.” If you’re just looking for cheap and close, this place checks the box. But if accessibility is important to your group, I’d recommend confirming very specific dimensions and features before booking.

Thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping our room clean and tidy.We always have fresh towels to use everyday.Walking distance to Disneyland.The only down side is that they don’t have kettle/hot water to use if you wanted to eat noodles conveniently and use of laundry room is up to 9pm only.Struggled to get there at that time when you go visit Disneyland as they are open till midnight.Hope they can improve these service.

Was pleasantly surprised with our stay; rooms are a little outdated but nothing dealbreaking. Bed was comfy. Very close to the GardenWalk and Disney Toy Story parking lots, but we found it just as quick to walk from the parks back (about 10-15 mins). Ultimately would stay again.

Near theme park, clean, quiet & affordable rate midweek. Broken coffee maker but replaced it the next day. Old, lumpy small pillows. Microwave located in laundry room. When laundry room closes so do the microwaves, not able to heat up leftovers for kids.

It is a budget hotel but rooms were clean and staff was great! There is a shopping plaza right next door which had a lot of places to eat within 3 minutes walk. For what you paid rooms were clean and in great shape
