⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and quiet this hotel was, especially being such a family-friendly spot near Disneyland. The staff were all incredibly polite and accommodating, and the beds were super comfortable. The restroom was spotless, too. I usually hate being away from home, but this hotel made my stay so much easier and more comfortable. I’d 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Arrived shortly after 4pm after a 7 hour drive and one of our rooms was not ready. Was informed by the front staff that he would call us when the room was ready as he did not have an exact time. I received no call close to 40 minutes later so I went back to the front to follow up only to be told the room was ready now. Another issue was that there were no towels in the pool area. I asked and was told they’d have someone bring some out. Half hour later still nothing, when my daughter went to ask again she was told that they were washing them and would have out shortly. Bottom line is that lack of communication on the staffs end was annoying to have to deal with.

Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff wasn’t very helpful and seemed annoyed when we asked questions such as transition information to Disneyland or recommendations for nearby dining. Other than the front desk, everything was great. I would stay here again.

The girl at the front desk was so friendly. The breakfast was extensive and was great. The dining area was nice and clean and the staff was attentive during breakfast. Our suite was ok. The pullout bed didn’t come with bedding I had to track some down. The kitchen could’ve been cleaned better and things like tissues weren’t refilled. These weren’t dealbreaker issues and I would still stay there again. It’s a great setup for families but room for improvement I think.
