My initial check in was very easy and staff was friendly. However, it is very difficult to get ahold of anyone on the phone. It was with every service, front desk, house keeping. They answer after 15 plus rings and immediately place you on hold and you remain on hold longer than 10minutes. You had to walk down to speak to them in person for basic needs of toilet paper, towels and blankets. I had to call them at least 4 times. Also, I asked for my room to be cleaned and set that up at check in and no one ever came by. Other than that the property was clean and they had a good breakfast spread, really nice set up and spacious.

Staff at this hotel was SO friendly and quick to help. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options and a big eating area. Beds comfy. Overall a lovely property! It is .3 mile walk into the Toy Story parking lot where you can get through security quickly for Disney and then ride the shuttle to Disney no extra charges!

The entire staff greeted me when I walked around the property. Congratulations you have an amazing staff would definitely be back. My check-in was quick and efficient. Everything was clean except for the sheets for the pull out, they were definitely not clean. Very disappointed.

TV had only 1 station, shower took 20 minutes to heat up. Room above was stomping on the floor until 10:30pm. In and door slams whenever someone entered building or exited. No Desk, no chair.
