The room was good, it was clean. It only lacked more pillows and blankets for the pull out couch bed. I was a bit disappointed in all the extra fees that were not disclosed properly, such as, one car did receive free parking...unless you are checking in earlier than your room was ready, and then it was $20/day for "early parking". I was charged that, but I only pre-checked in early, you didn't have a room ready at that time, so it's really not a proper charge that cost me $40.00.

The room was clean, however, not as advertised/listed in my payment, I was put in a one bed room which is fine as it was only me. The inconvenience was parking, as the manager catered to other parties and sectioned off the parking lot for them. I had to park in another hotel's parking garage down the lane, and then hassle with the parking passes. I was told if I did not return the parking passes the hotel would charge me. The in bath soaps had a very strong masculine fragrance, don't use it. Towels are clean but not soft. like cardboard. Bed good, slept great. Noise level low.

Wonderful Staff! Jesus at the front desk was outstanding. The Parking attendants & Security staff also very courteous. Big clean suite, on the top floor. Quiet. Nice parking garage. Convenient to Disneyland & the Convention Center. All the room amenities you could want.

I have stayed here a few times. They are very accommodating, the service and front desk is always so nice. Wish they had electric doors for stroller friendly access. Parking is interesting and could maybe use an upgrade. The overall cleanliness is decent for the caliber ande price of the hotel. Not really updated.
