I wasn’t happy because they charge fo twe rooms Instead of one , that’s not really nice

The chair in our room had gross white stains on it, they did not have bedding or pillows for the hide a bed in the room. The bunk bed blankets were covered in hair. The bathtub drain was full of hair. The curtains were also torn. Moldy caulk and grout in the tiles in bath. Only plus was close to Disney.

I am covered in bites all over my body from the kind bed in my room. Other members of my family also have bites. The ac in our room was not working the first night. The front desk employees were very nice and gave us a fan. I put a do not disturb sign on the door and they still came into clean. I am now concerned that my luggage has bed bugs and i have to go to the doctor

They cancelled all reservations because of plumbing issue. They said they called all people who had reserved rooms. WRONG. They had not. Offered our party member a king room room for party of six who had a family room confirmed with them that am. They offered a much lesser room at another hotel. Terrible service. Hotel should have sucked it up and done the right thing. I’m a platinum member. Going to have to rethink using Orbitz if they don’t come through for me.

It was further from the park than I thought. The rooms were clean but property was worn down. Wasn’t a very secure building and was near a lot of homeless and tweakers. Bathrooms in rooms were gross. Beds were comfortable.

In the building we were in just to get in you had to use a room key which is standard. However, it took about 5-10 tries to finally work. I saw multiple other people with the same problem. Once we got to our room immediately there was a odd scent to the room. Several of the towels were dirty. It looked like they had tooth paste on them and were never cleaned. And I booked the family suite which online shows these French doors that give the impression of spreading the room. The doors wouldn’t even close all the way and were very flimsy.

Everything was fine after the nightmare check-in, we arrived on Thanksgiving in the pouring rain, they wouldn't except cash at all, make sure you don't forget your debit card, we were there to visit Disneyland, they told us we would have to leave, we ended up making it work and stayed there, Cash isn't king anymore. Also the lady working the desk on Thanksgiving was rode you know who you are.

We LOVED the kid loft....fit 4 children beautifully with the ability to close the glass doors and keep an eye on them. We didn’t like we could only park one vehicle while charging the other one $30.00. It was nicely close to Disneyland!

Great location. Needs more towel hooks to dry towels on.... easy parking but only one spot per reservation so plan ahead if you have multiple cars.

Room was nothing like the pictures. It is old, outdated, smelly, dusty, and overpriced. The carpet was disgusting and the walls had patches on the wallpaper. Really needs a renovation. Parking is very far ( a garage that is shared with Springhill). The bathtub/showe would get clogged when you started the water. The mirror in the bathroom had water damage and the air vent had mold and needed a good cleaning. The mini fridge would throw hot air on the outside when you would open the furniture doors. Housekeeping stopped by when my grandmother was there and they told her they would come back later because we had too much stuff. Which was 2 suitcases and 2 dufflebags at the entrance. Overall terrible, do not recommend.

Disappointment. We checked in, gathered all of our things and went to go to our room. Our key wouldn’t work. My husband had to go back to the office and have it reactivated. Later that night after walking back from Disneyland we had the same issue & I had to drag 4 exhausted kids back into the office to have our key activated, again. Both times the girl behind the desk admitted the hotel keys deactivating are a common problem. There also seem to be some plumbing issues. Our bathtub drained very very slowly & this morning we found the hallway flooded from a busted pipe. The mattresses were old and not comfortable at all. There was not adequate bedding for the double pull out bed so we had to split bedding between the king size and the pull out. Hotel also offers nothing for breakfast, although they offer room service for lunch and dinner. In my opinion, there are many other hotels much closer to the park entrance with less issues.

I really like the location. It is a walking distance to Disneyland and convenient stores are nearby as well.

Helpful staff. Good location. Good sized room with nice bunk beds for the kids and sleeper sofa fairly comfortable . Room looks old and worn. The sheer curtain panels were torn. Did mention that to staff didn’t seem too interested either way. Like the fridge and microwave in room. I am used to more updated and nicer rooms for the price I paid. But overall was pleasant experience.

Cvs close by. About 10min walk to Disneyland gates. Beds are definitely broken in but still comfortable enough to sleep in and wake up with no back problems.
