The staff at check in was very helpful and kind. The staff was also accommodating in switching our room after we found black mold all over the bathroom. Under all the peeling wallpaper was covered in black mold. The ceiling was spotty with black mold but the walls and base boards were covered. It was difficult to breathe because the air was so musty. My son who is recovering from valley fever was at extreme risk, and exposure to this amount of black mold can be dangerous to anyone, but especially some one with an existing lung condition. Again the staff was helpful and switched our rooms right away but the new room also had black mold on the bathroom ceiling. It was less and didn’t smell as musty and it was very late so we weren’t able to switch hotels. Won’t stay here again. Rooms desperately need updating, deep cleaning and fumigation.

Been staying here for years. Good location to walk to the park from. This stay left a lot to be desired. Room was pretty poorly cleaned and in need of some repairs and paint. Hotel is showing its age.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING from opposing rooms. Extremely loud when showers from other rooms turn on. Rooms are decent other than sound quality throughout the hotel. You will hear everything from everyone.

This is a perfect spot if you're going to Disneyland. We parked the car and walked every day. Restaurants are all walking distance, too. Hotel rooms are nice. We had the family suites which were very roomy. Staff were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
