El hotel está muy bonito y su personal es excelente 👌 pero le hablan mentiras dicen que tienen unos servicios y no es así, el servicio de habitación 24 horas es mentira, la cocina la cierran a las 11:00pm de la noche, en la reservacion no te dicen que ellos no son todo incluido te avisas a tu llegada y ahi te dan el tablazo, no es mucho pero uno se siente estafado. Pero nada después se me paso la incomodidad de la mentira porque tienen una chica de nombre Rosa en costumer services que es un amor y otro chico de nombre fernando del bar del lobby otro amor muy atentos y cariñoso.
