The staff are very pleasant, especially in the breakfast area. The breakfast is quite sufficient to start the day. However the pipes are whining when others are showering. If someone is in room above you, Hope they are light on their feet. Or you will hear every step and stomp. I really like the hotel and hope they can improve at least the pipe problem.
The hotel was clean and convenient to Disney and DCA. The suite was the perfect size and gave our teen daughter privacy and space. A warm breakfast was a nice plus and we felt safe leaving our car in the parking garage. We loved being able to see the fireworks from the window our first night. Starbucks, Walgreens and 7-11 are very close by which was a plus. Another reviewer commented on transients, and while there was always at least one outside of 7-11 each day, they never made us feel unsafe nor did they want to interact with us. We felt safe the entire time walking to and from the parks no matter the time of day. We were able to make it from our room to security at the parks in about 12 minutes, but with littles this would be a little longer. We loved being so close to the park that we could take a midday break and not feel like we were missing out on any fun. The staff was kind, accommodating and helped fix an issue with our reservation (that was completely my fault). Kudos to the entire staff for helping to make our daughter’s first Disney visit a huge success!
Great customer service at check in..
Very friendly staff.
The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
The proximity to Disney is a plus. Rooms designed for family experience. Price includes breakfast with the typical items. Walgreens and CSV across the street. In walking distance is the Garden District with entertainment. Shopping, and restaurants.
Our room was very clean, with a great location to Disneyland
Stay was terrible. Floors at top Were dirty, doors slamming at all times even at night. Too loud. Tub would not drain properly so you would take showers in pools of dirty water. Buffet served sake every day. Overall bad.
This property was walking distance to Disneyland. The staff was great. Parking was not included in the price. And honestly, for the price, there are several other options that are within walking distance to Disneyland as well that include parking, a pool, gym, and breakfast. There are lots of other options that are cheaper. They're very pricey and consider themselves a Disney resort, but they're not officially one on the back end for employees to book or get proper discounts. The staff is great though and the breakfast was decent and warm, wish there was bacon. The above ground parking is pretty tight, the lower level is ok. But for having to pay extra to park, the spaces should be set better. The pool is warm so that's nice. Oh, but the very pricey rooms you can hear people running down the halls. In fact, we could FEEL them thudding or even walking through. For $300 per night, that's unpleasant.
Nice
Felt safe
Clean, spacious, breakfast was great. Close to Disneyland, I very much recommend this hotel.
Easy check in , close and easy walk to the parks .
