Staff fell flat. Location is great. Never got my 20% coupon like I was told I’d get. Check in process could be made essier by texting or calling when room was ready for a family that is going to the parks.

It’s about as close as you can get to walk to the entrance of the parks. However, buses/shuttles pick up closer and drop you off at your hotel. So if walking more is an issue, maybe a shuttle is better if they run often. Shuttle might also be better if it’s pouring rain or extremely hot. I received a one time 20 percent off coupon for the little market in the parking lot. When leaving I got an email for 10 percent off future stays, if applicable. Conditioning shampoo in one bottle, and body wash. No elevator in one section so had to pull suitcases up the stairs. Pool is in the center of the parking lot. Room clean, offers to refresh room with towels and trash emptied. Microwave and fridge, hair dryer and iron. Very friendly staff.

We had a great experience at Tropicana. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We will definitely be back the next time we go to Disneyland! You can’t beat the 5 minute walk to the Disneyland security entrance.

Found a cockroach in my room after a long day at Disneyland. Edgar was not helpful regarding the situation. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Had to switch to another hotel. Hotel refusing to refund my stay.

The staff at the check-in were wonderful. Easy check-/Check-out. There was limited house keeping. They just emptied garbages and replaced used towels. Tissues ran out on the first day so hardly any were there at check-in. There was a safe for your belongings and light switches next to the beds ( family stayed there a year ago and had not switches by the beds).

This is ALWAYS our first choice when Disney planning. It’s right across the street from the walk way to the entrance. This is simple and great place to stay, everyone here is friendly. Also there is a pay laundry room and shop that opens till 1 am. It’s not the most glamorous hotel but it is the best especially when going to Disney.
