We had a clean room, it is quiet except when the fireworks are going off at Disneyland. We had to pay a $22.00 a day parking fee in addition to our room fees. It is an easy walk into Disneyland. We have stayed here before.

The best thing is the proximity to the park. Other than that, its a motel vibe, rooms are clean and have your basic needs. Felt safe, not loud and everyone on staff was super friendly.
