Close to Disney & many restaurants. Ive stayed here for the last 3yrs whenever we visit Disney.

We stayed on a holiday weekend. Many of the other hotels (which we had stayed in previously), more than doubled their prices. I was not willing to pay what they were asking. The Castle Inn and Suites prices were reasonable. The rooms were older but comfortable and clean. The location can't be beat. We even utilized their laundry room. On the last day, we checked out but they securely stored our luggage (7 suitcases!), until we were done at the park. I would definitely stay there again, especially for the price!! Staff was courteous too.

Good hotel close to Disneyland. Good for a place to rest your head after being in the parks all day. No frills, but overall a good place to stay for the price.

I liked it. I just needed a smile from the receptionist. She was great but needs to be trained on smiling. That will make me feel a lot better on my next stay. She is good. Just needs to smile.

Loved the location of this hotel. Super close to Disneyland which is really convenient when you have a toddler who naps in the middle of the day. The hotel bathroom wasn't super clean and in general saw some spider webs and things like that. The front desk staff was very helpful. It can be a little loud with people walking by your room.

Room was very clean. Really loved this 2 bedroom family room. It was perfect for us. And about a 10 minute walk to Disneyland.

Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was very attentive and helpful. Great location.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels near Disneyland and this is by far the worst. The bed was so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep all night. The ground outside the rooms is SO loud, people walking/dragging their luggage sounds like an airplane! The “free” parking is an absolute joke. They advertise it to get you to book and then add ridiculous rules once you are committed. A two bedroom suite that sleeps 6 adults only allows you to bring one car and you have to move your car or they will TOW it once you check out! Defeats the whole purpose of staying at the hotel to go to Disneyland. I will never stay here again.

It is an old property. We had a family suite. The front room smelled like feet, and the back bedroom smelled like urine. The proximity to the parks was great, and the staff at the front desk were nice.

Room was really nice but could use some updates like shower head could be moved up for taller people

Very clean, great location, very nice staff. Definitely the best location for Disneyland and best value for the price. Stayed here many times and will come back. Free parking and they let you leave your car the day of check in in the morning which is very unusual.

I have stayed in this hotel in the past it was fine. I stayed recently in October it was horrible! The bathroom was dirty when I arrived! They did not clean the toilet and the shower was moldy. I have already put all my luggage in my room on the third floor. I washed the toilet myself with the wipes I brought. I would have rather stayed at a motel 6. When I addressed the problem with staff he was very rude and acted like he didn’t care if I’m paying over 600 dollars for your shitty hotel you better act like you care ! Will never stay here again. It was gross !!! The only good thing about this hotel it is a 10 minute walk to Disneyland park.

Pleasant staff. Clean hotel, nice little touches to the room.

The rooms were clean and ok until i stepped on the tile by the sink and slipped and fell super hard and landed on my tale bone and wrist and was not able to enjoy day at disney because the tile was supoer slippery from whatever they cleaned it with. Just glad it wasnt any of my kids that fell. 2 days later and im still in alot of pain and the 8 hour drive home was so miserable from the pain. Made a report and complaint with the office but still havent heard from the manager or anyone. Very dissapointed we spent alot of money on this trip to just get hurt and couldnt enjoy it at all.

Staff was very friendly. I like how close it is to everything that we needed. I think there should be water available in the vending machines though.

Best looking hotel on street when walking to park entrance.

I was very pleased with my one night stay at the castle inn

Very well maintained and friendly, reduced the stress of traveling! Thank you

Like: close to Disneyland park, free parking, stores close by, got high floor per request Dislike: refrigerator sucks, not cold at all, wish it has freezer as well so can use it for ice pack due to we have to bring milk for our year and half to the park. Disneylandpark doesn’t allow ice but ice packs only if I am not mistaken.
