Perfect place to stay while going to Disneyland!

I like how it’s right across Disneyland. Friendly staff and helpful. On our last stay our room didn’t get cleaned because apparently we waited to long to remove the “privacy please” card. Prior to the last day we would remove the card by noon something we also did on the last day. But we were offered clean towels. Other than that, I liked it.
We enjoyed our stay. Location was great to Disneyland. Staff was friendly. Met our expectations! Would stay again!

The check in was nice, but given the location, directly across the street from Disney, parking is only available until 3pm, most people staying there I would imagine are going to the park, so needing to leave and go move your car before 3pm, in order to not get towed and then pay parking for half a day, was just miserable. Especially when having 2 cars!! I wish there was an option for parking that was actually functional.

We loved the proximity of the hotel with Disneyland! The pool was often vacant and our room was comfortable! We felt safe walking back and forth to the park-even in the dark! Our TV was broken but our internet worked fine! The staff was great and friendly and the breakfast was delicious and full of options! Great stay!

Very convenient location. Parking was easy. Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel room was clean and modern looking.
We had a 4 night enjoyable stay here at the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn property. Check in was a breeze and the lobby staff were friendly. We received our parking permit and found parking easily within a short distance to our room. The room was compact but had all the necessities: comfortable beds, good sized bathroom, and fridge. The complimentary hot breakfast was nice especially before heading to Disney. Cereals, yogurt, muffins, bars, fruit, juices, coffee, and hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast sandwich). The distance to Disney is amazing….5 minute walk. We utilized the pool area and the hotel provides towels. We booked on Orbitz and received a room in the middle of hotel on first floor so we didn’t experience any discrimination from booking on a 3rd party site. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan on booking here again for a future Disney trip!
Disappointed in our Sept 2021 stay! We had a great stay in May 2019 but the property seems to have declined over the years. The pros: 1) so close you can walk to Disney!! there's ihop, Dennys, Panera, McD nearby too. 2) Free breakfast- used to be self serve but due to COVID, you wait in a line and they put food on a plate for you (eggs, bacon, breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, yogurt). Basic but filling. 3) The rooms are fairly spacious. Downside is that guests squeeze a lot of people in one room (right neighbor had 5 adults, and left neighbor had 3 adults/3 kids). 4) The front desk staff are very nice and friendly. 5) Hotel property is fairly quiet because it's tucked away from the main road The cons: 1) They discriminate and assign you the crappiest rooms if you book with Orbitz. They put us in #201 right below the cafeteria, where you hear chairs dragging at 5 AM. Despite asking for a quieter room ahead of time, they put us on the ground floor with adjoining doors on each side of room. 2) Noise - if you get stuck in an adjoining room not by choice, the noise will be bad. Walls are thin; you hear everything going on next door. If you book direct w/ them, ask for higher floor, away from main road. 3) Housekeeping- only doing it 1x 3 days due to COVID. We requested it, and they never came to clean our rooms in the 5 nights we stayed. 4) Beds - we had a king bed but it was lumpy! They also give the smallest pillows. There were a bunch of them but just uncomfortable.
