You get what you pay for. If you just want a bed to crash in at night, this is a great place. However we requested a different day for room cleaning and no one ever came. We had to request toilet paper from the front office. It wasn't a huge deal but it didn't feel like office staff was all that attentive. I wasn't overly impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Again, not a huge deal but just a reminder that it is cheap for a reason.

The hotel staff were very helpful, and the room was quite comfortable. It's within walking distance of Disneyland too. The sink tap was hard to operate and the TV channel selection was terrible.

Great location and place to stay-solo/group.

Check in was very easy and staff were friendly. The light breakfast was nice and easy. The staff was delightful and very hard working. The room was nice size-with a king size bed, a sofa, a large work desk, big TV and nice place to put your clothes. Room was very clean. Toiletries were very basic.

We have stayed here in the past and it was fine. This time, mother joined us last minute and even though we did not get any more towels, as well as only 2 washcloths, had 2 beds ,and had prepaid the reservation, they charged us for another person. No big deal. We were informed about breakfast in the morning 7-9am, set the alarm. When we went down to "breakfast" it was cereal, a few little muffins and bread next to a toaster, 2 juices and peeled boiled eggs in a fridge. The first day there were bananas and the 2nd apples. Not what I would call breakfast. Parking was minimal and was told overflow was behind the hotel, not sure what kind of spaces though or what was back there as we scored the last one at the hotel. The room was decent but smelled of an old smoked in room that had been painted over. A few towels and 2 washcloths with old looking packaged bars of soap. Not upgraded like most hotels with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just informing and we always bring our own. The icing on the cake was when my husband went to the ice machine, and had to pay for the ice. I would pay more for a different hotel that has better amenities as I don't remember it quite like this last time. Received a 25% discount for next time if booked directly through the hotel, but pretty sure there won't be a next time at this place.

We found mouse poop in our bathtub. They couldn't give us another room because they were fully booked. They didn't offer to clean it, we had to ask. Then they only came and rinsed it out. We had to ask again for it to be cleaned. We paid extra for the room with the jacuzzi tub but they wouldn't give any discount since we weren't going to be using it now. They offered no compensation for our trouble at all. Very poor customer service.
