You get what you pay for. If you just want a bed to crash in at night, this is a great place. However we requested a different day for room cleaning and no one ever came. We had to request toilet paper from the front office. It wasn't a huge deal but it didn't feel like office staff was all that attentive. I wasn't overly impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Again, not a huge deal but just a reminder that it is cheap for a reason.

Rooms were great to fit big family. Had three beds. Got both rooms side by side. Everyone was friendly. Don’t use soda machine, they charge $7 to your card on top of the drink. There is no phone number to call it is scratched off. All the office will tell you is to call the number on the machine. Everything else was good. Would stay there again.

This has very old furniture, mold in the bathroom. It's very rundown, I understand wanting to stay here because it is close to Disneyland, but I'd rather stay somewhere else and drive to Disneyland.

Nice for the price, but walls are thin and windows dont block outside noise. I would recommend ear plugs or sleep sounds if you are a light sleeper. The whites (towels & bedspread) are a bit dinghy but they were clean. The shower water would suddenly go hot to the point you have to jump out of the spray which was annoying... Overall would stay again if wanting to keep expenses down. Happy with the staff and location was decent. We had planned to drive to the park but the walk wasn't bad for us, might be a bit much for some tho...

The room was dark, the tv was grainy, and the bathroom locked us out. The beds were loud, flimsy, and uncomfortable and 3 small pillows on the bed tried their best. I don’t know how this place is highly rated for families when it felt more questionable. The man at the front desk was very kind and understanding.

I was skeptical of staying here because of previous reviews but it was great. The room was clean the bathroom was clean and the guy at the counter was great. The only review that was correct was that the bathroom wall is thin and you can hear everything but we didn’t mind. I didn’t get to try the breakfast because I left early. I would definitely stay again.

PROS: Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. Room had enough space for our group of 4. Option of light breakfast. Close to Disneyland! CONS: Rooms smell old. Beds are old and sink in when you lay down. Water gets out a lot in the shower, we had to dry floor before the next person showered.
