The staff was beyond great, we had a few snafus but they taken care of the best they could in a timely manner. I also forgot some jewelry and was unable to go back and they arranged to get it to me within 2 days. We will definitely be staying there again. 💜

9 days stay: - Has cockroaches!!!! - Never cleaned room, no fresh sheets, only towels - Walls thin extremely loud when people walk - Disneywalk is 1.3 miles not .3 - ART bus does not stop at the hotel and very inconsistent. - No restaurants close by just a bar Booking at this hotel was a huge mistake. Definitely a one star experience. The cockroach was the clincher. Needless to say they did not ask how our experience was upon checkout.

Nice place, great prices, close to Disney.

Parking was safe, easy, clean & close to room. Staff was very friendly and always had a smile on his face. Room was clean, and body wash and hair products were available. Easy check-out. Price and f hotel, parking and closeness to Disney is the reason why I stay at this hotel.

We stayed here for our recent Disney trip. Super convenient. We walked to the parks and felt safe walking at night too. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I loved the communication via text before, during and after our stay. I wish the towels were a tad bit bigger or thicker but other than that it was great. Will stay here again for sure

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and this time was a nightmare. From the moment I checked in the people above us were non stop loud and I swear did not sleep bc the whole night we heard loud foot steps and lots of laughing and people coming and going through out the night as if there was a party up there. This went on till midnight and it started early in the morning with the stomping and banging. We sis not get any sleep this trip.
