The staff was beyond great, we had a few snafus but they taken care of the best they could in a timely manner. I also forgot some jewelry and was unable to go back and they arranged to get it to me within 2 days. We will definitely be staying there again. 💜

Hello, writing this on my way home, leaving a night early. The hotel experience was not good for several reasons. Upon checking in, the employee working made me feel very uncomfortable. Telling me I was beautiful and asking me if I like younger men. Horrible start! I have a lot more to say.

Room was in good condition but smaller than what I'm accustomed to. Parking fee was excessive. Sleeper sofa was not comfortable at all. Better off sleeping on the couch. My family and i spent the night to get an early start at the theme parks in the morning. I did appreciate them offering an additional fee for parking after checkout so we could leave our car there while visiting the parks. The add'l fee was way less than it wouldve been and it was an easy 12 minute walk.

The walk to Disneyland was about 20 minutes. Yoy could however take the monorail from downtown Disney to Tomorrowland in Disneyland. Also, the hotel is somwhat old as you can hear the sound of footsteps from above us. It literally sounded as the floor above us was going to collapse!!! As for cleanliness, yes the room was very clean however we would not stay here again. Hotel definitely needs to invest some $$$ on soundproofing.
