The house keeping staff were lovely. One of the check in clerks seemed like he was having a rough day but the other one was super friendly. I didnt choose Great for a stay because the last day we ran out of hot water for a shower so that was surprising since only one of us had had a 10min one earlier??

The hot tub was cold. The water was off for a day and there was no hot water for the next two days. The bathrooms were no clean and there was trash on the floor when we arrived
