You can tell this hotel is older. There are some updates and the room was clean but not the nicest hotel. If you are coming for Disney and know that you'll just be sleeping here it is a good option. The beds and bedding were nice and looked to be on the newer side. The walk to the park wasn't too bad either. There isn't a park shuttle here though so keep that in mind if you have littles.

We only stayed for 1 night. Pros - walk to downtown Disney is easy, limited street traffic and facility is overall clean. Staff was amazing and the best part of the place. Cons - we stayed in building 4 and the lock to the building door is gone and door just swings open. The security gates to the outside were left open most times we walked through. The location and staff were great and worth the price.

I read lots of reviews and was frankly a little worried. I did not need to be. While the rooms are not super modern they were very clean. Very spacious. The staff was amazing and so hospitable. No bedbugs, no roaches. Our water pressure was great. AC was great. Staff upgraded our room to a suite for free for no reason at all. The only tiny complaint I have is that the hot tub was down. A part broke so it was not forseeable. We walked to Disney or we took ART. Was a 15 min walk through a nice area. I highly recommend this hotel. It was so well priced and absolutely amazing. This will be where we stay if we come back.

The building and the rooms were clean but very dated and definitely need refurbished. It doesn't look like it's been remodeled since the 70s. The hot tub was closed by the California "Board of Health" and taped off with Caution tape. The staff were all Very Friendly, Kind, and Helpful!
