Two key card limit for four guests. Room greeted with live bugs. Not one, but dozens. Had to get a different room. Continental breakfast is Leggo my eggos, two cereal bins, apple and orange juice dispensed from a coffee dispenser, toasts, muffins and that’s about it. At least an apple or some type of fruits. If you want extra towels, you better go back to your room and give them your dirty one, otherwise, no extra towels . So glad we were gone most of the time. Cannot, will not return. Will need to bag and fumigate our luggage just in case we have stowaways.

The room, at first glance, was possible. Unfortunately within 10 minutes we did find a cockroach. The lighting was dark and it felt very cramps and they didn't have privacy curtains, essentially making you choose between pitch darkness or total exposure to everyone outside. The staff made no effort to be quiet, loudly yelling OUTSIDE OUR DOOR at first light, moving loud carts and rummaging around, and the dirty look received when my partner opened the door to give a ssshh...unhappy staff. Breakfast was processed American junk, stocked by more unhappy staff. Something is wrong here, and someone needs to get to the heart of it.

Room was clean except the floor needs a wet mopping. For 3 floors access the elevator helped. Parking was convenient. There was no iron in the room and when requested the three available were in use and didn't know when they will be returned. So make sure you bring one with you don’t count on it. Breakfast was ok just carbs like bread muffins and cereal, but no protein like egg. Overall it is good.

For the price, the hotel was good. The room was clean and freshly appointed. It was cleaned every day by the staff. Parking was free and readily available. The beds were very comfortable. There are many amenities up and down Beach Street. But, we heard police sirens and saw several prostitutes on the streets around the hotel every night. I guess its not such a great area, but we never felt unsafe. However, I would avoid leaving anything valuable in your car just incase.
