Their new pillows were uncomfortable. Staff had a hard time locating additional pillows. Holes in blackout curtain. Ice machine on floor was broken. Now charging for parking which was not disclosed before booking. Floors were "sticky", highly suggest wearing slippers. *Next gripe was not the hotels fault: Neighbors were outside yelling till 3am.

For the price the motel was great. It was a nice, short walk to Disneyland. I would bring my own pillows if I stayed there again. The ones in our room were not soft.

Staff was unfriendly and every night in the lobby it smelled like marijuana. The room was dirty like don’t walk barefoot dirty and the towel rack had so much dust in it the towels weren’t unusable. The location is great but trusted reviews saying this wasn’t a typical motel 6 and I probably should have trusted my gut and booked elsewhere.

I go to Disneyland a lot and this was my first time staying at this property. I really liked the affordable daily parking and easy access from the freeway. It truly was less than a 15 minute walk to the security entrance at Disneyland all the restaurants at Garden walk are five minutes away and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning.

Room was fairly clean, the shelves where the towels are placed were dirty which defeats the purpose of placing clean towels there. One of the was rags was stained. Door had a small gap & the security latch needed to be tightened. On a positive note it is conveniently located to Disney & stores/restaurants & I was able to see the fireworks from my window.

The room was clean….. but unfortunately, had an old urine smell to it. I got in very late with my young child, and the front desk didn’t properly tell me how to get to my room, so I went wandering around the property in the middle of the night trying to find it with my five-year-old daughter, it just didn’t feel very safe. We only slept there one night and left quickly the next morning.

Customer service was completely awful. I walk in and the 2 workers are laughing and smiling, the moment they see me and another guest walk in their demeanor completely changes to straight face/annoyed. Like sorry you have to do your job?? Completely cold and monotone during the interaction and then during check out the lady with curly hair and glasses doesn't even look up at me and just stands there. I then say I'm checking out, she's snatches the room keys and says "that's all." The cleanliness of the whole motel was almost non-existent. The entire lobby and walkway is all black and sticky, doesn't smell nice or clean, walkout to the pool area it's the same thing. Luckily the pool looks decent and clear. The room are the same as the lobby, didn't even want to take my shoes off. Mattress were fine no stains and were done. Bathroom was clean but falling apart. It's cheap for a reason.
