Staff was extremely helpful friendly and very very nice. The room was newly renovated so that was nice but the area is horrible. Lots of crackhead druggie people get rooms here. Not safe at all. Had weridos starring me down the entire time. I wanted a refund I did not want to stay there for safety reasons.
Terrible, dirty, old, run down, no shower curtain, gave us wrong bed, everything very bad.
The location was fairly close to Disney (about 1 mile). Close enough to walk to but too far away to take a break from the parks and return to the hotel.
Nice size room and location for theprice. Staff helpful and friendly. Some of furniture seemed a little old but still fine.
I liked that there was parking included, but it was difficult to pull out of/into some of the spots because of how narrow the lot was. The first night, one of the screens was tilted so much we couldn't close the window until we pulled it out, but the next day the staff had popped it back into place!
Adequate stay, reasonable rate bdget hotel dated but afforadable up fron its not 4star because youre not paying 4 star price
The room we book was spacious and came with a good sized mini refrigerator and decent microwave. The window did not have a screen or blinds which discouraged us from opening the curtains due to residential apartments that were visible when the curtains were open. The AC didn't work to well in cooling the room down so the room often felt stuffy. it seems like they tried to repaint some of the room but that resulted in paint on the curtains and on the couch. Also, the police came to a neighboring room number early Saturday morning, which was clearly audible. I wouldn't depend on the hotel's lack luster continental breakfast either. On a positive note the staff was friendly and helpful and they do not charge you nightly for parking your vehicle on the property.

The room size. Large two room suite with 3 queen bed
It was in a good area, but our floor was wet near the sink in the bedroom, and the toilet paper was wet.
Pulled out couch/bed was broken and my children had to sleep on the floor. I asked for a different room and was told none of the rooms hide-a-beds work. Mini refrigerator didn't work right and the microwave was gross. Only one car parking per room, couldn't even pay for an additional space. Pool was tiny. Only one washer dryer on site. Breakfast options only consisted of dry cereal, waffles, toast, mini muffin and danish. The building itself was dated and worn.
The tv was broken, found used qtip under the bed, horrible room
