Staff are very helpful and were able to be understanding with matters beyond our control

I needed a place to spend the nite since they were gonna bugbomb my apt. For the price I couldnt complain.

This property was disgusting. I didnt stay more than 30 seconds in the room. Trying to get refund now. It had black mould . Trash from previous people left behind. Dead bugs in bathroom. Holes in the skirting boards.

Nice quiet place, staff was nice. Wish they would let you walk through to parking structure.

It was run down, disgusting. Definitely a cheap motel

Outside was a little off putting but walking in the room they are super clean and all upgraded nicely with extra amenities. Needless to say quite surprised.

Not a good experience, first arrived the room smelled, the bed was noisy every time you moved. Not happy

The Front Desk Clerk Was Really Helpful..Sbe always had a Smile on her face. She made me and my Duaghter feel comfortable. The Room was Nice. The Bathroom was perfect really pretty.I will stay here again.

Stayed over New Years Eve in order to get a head start on Disneyland New Years Day. The good: *10-15 minutes walk to Disneyland/Uber ride to Disney under $10 one way (finding place to get picked back up is a little challenging) *We were allowed to keep car at hotel for free while at Disney even after checking out *All the bare basics if you just need a place to sleep for a reasonable price The bad: *Just clean enough to be acceptable. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t see a few flies. That was a bit of a turn off and maybe a deal breaker for some. *Almost non-existant breakfast selection which isn’t that big a deal unless you need/want more than just a mini muffin and coffee/tea *The fireworks literally felt and sounded as if they were being launched from the hotel rooftop. The room shook hard and the booms woke us up. I don’t know if they were extra for New Years Eve but Disney has fireworks every night so be prepared if you want a quiet uninterrupted night.

Hotel was disgusting! Hotel does not look anything like the pictures on the website! I don’t recommend anyone to ever stay there!

Customer service was okay, not excellent. As I drove into the parking at night, with the headlights I spotted 3 rats running inside the wall of the hotel from the car port. Grossed out! As we walked into our room, it was muggy. We need to open what we can from the window and left the door wide open for awhile. Then the walls and the molding to the floor needed major dusting. Outlets were loose and was not charging our phones. The table lamp kept flickering and scared my daughter. She says it's like we're in a scary movie. Lights were not bright and you were only able to watch 1 channel. Sheets &blankets were extremely thin and pillows were not the best. Xtra soft, low grade and 1 pillow case had a nasty stain. Oh and if u need a hair dryer, dont expect to get it delivered to your room. You have to go to the office and pick it up! Yes.. there are no hair dryers installed to the rooms. Also refrigerator smelled funky and oh! There's no real closet to unpack to. U jus hang your clothes over the fridge area. Ghetto much? Lastly.. I had an hour left before check out and we went out for 20 min came back and found the our room not fully closed when i know I made sure to shut it tight since we still had our belongings in there. Came back, door was 2"open and I was upset. Cleaning lady prob thought we were leaving as she saw us walk out, so she prob went in to clean it but she noticed our bags were still in the room so she forgot to shut our door for us. Careless I'd say.

The best thing about this location is you walk right onto the property of Disney. Unfortunately that's the only thing good. This place is a dump,..old and dirty. Nothing been updated since it opened 50yrs ago and the repairs are even worse. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. As soon as I got to my room I already wanted to check out.

Rooms were not a place to return to staff was nice I would stay further away and get a better hotel for my money next time

Room was dirty, water fixtures came off, closet rack fell off wall, and people were having loud party in room next door couldnt sleep. Parking sucks, not handicap friendly

Typical near-Disney motel that does the job for pretty much just sleeping. The shower did fluctuate in temperature and the floors could be cleaner but the convenience of taking the employee entrance to the trams makes this the most desired motel for our cheap budget. As an Annual Passholder, I need something cheap, convenient and comfortable enough to get me through the night. Not ideal for luxury seekers or people trying to spend some days at the hotel.

The parking lot was horrible and hard to get into. The staff wasnt kind or helpful. The room was dirty, the floors were wet and the shower head fell off.
