The room was clean and tidy. I love the interior rooms and elevators. The staff was very nice and the maids did a fantastic job. It’s also very close proximity to be able to walk to the parks. Love that. And good dining is around here. Plus my wife like the convenience of walking right to the Walgreens. Great place. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Hi [Manager’s Name], Thank you for reaching out and asking about my recent stay. My family and I have stayed at Hotel Lulu every time we visit Disneyland because we’ve always had a great experience in the past. Unfortunately, this most recent stay wasn’t up to the usual standard. We had ants in the bathroom, and the app-controlled features in there weren’t working properly. On top of that, the water was out for a few hours, which made things really inconvenient, especially with kids. I wanted to share this feedback with you since we normally love staying at Hotel Lulu and hope to continue doing so in the future. I trust that these issues were temporary, but I felt it was important to let you know how they impacted our experience this time. Thank you for your time and attention.

Room was clean, bathroom also clean. There was two chairs in addition to the beds. Hotel going through some renovations but it did not affect us. Water pressure was very strong, air conditioning worked amazing. Staff including house keeping was super friendly. Appreciate no throw pillows or weird comforters, large tv with lots of channels. No dresser or drawers, just cubbies and a closet. Close enough to walk to Disneyland or the Nextdoor Toy Story parking lot and ride bus in (free!) would stay again

Second time staying at Hotel Lulu and probably my last. So many issues with this hotel. I booked my room prior to the water shut off notice being sent out. It is a huge inconvenience especially when they don’t turn the water on when they say they’re supposed to. The shower water pressure was terrible. And don’t get me started with the slowest elevators I’ve ever encountered. I feel like this hotel has so many renovations going on that it’s inconvenient for guest. I felt like I should’ve got a reduced rate especially if I booked my stay before the water shut off notice was planned. This place has potential but I feel like the employees don’t care or try to accommodate you for the inconvenience. I get it’s not their fault but management needs to do better. I never give feedback or like to complain. But this hotel literally ruined my mood the whole 3 nights I was there. I came back because the 1st stay was amazing. Only thing I recommend is to stay in the separate tower. I believe it’s where the deluxe rooms are. That’s where we had a great experience. Stay away from the main tower.

When arriving the water was shut off so we couldn’t enjoy the pool or even use the bathroom or water in our own room. Staff wasn’t help at all, the bathtub in our room wasn’t draining properly so the water came to our ankles while showering. And on top of that they STILL charged a $32 parking fee besides all the inconveniences. 1 elevator wasn’t working so there was only 1 left. Overall horrible experience we usually always stay when going to Disney but was so disappointed this time.
