This hotel was horrible, especially for $200. I have no idea how it got such a high rating. We were in tower 2 which was run down and dirty. Room was not clean, wallpaper coming off the walls, and I left with 2 bug bites on my face. Would never stay here again even if it were free.

The room was clean and tidy. I love the interior rooms and elevators. The staff was very nice and the maids did a fantastic job. It’s also very close proximity to be able to walk to the parks. Love that. And good dining is around here. Plus my wife like the convenience of walking right to the Walgreens. Great place. We’ll definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, Hotel Lulu felt warm and welcoming. Shannon at the front desk set the tone with a cheerful smile and a refreshing vodka lemonade at check-in—such a fun touch! The hotel was cozy and comfortable, with a lobby offering mini snacks, drinks, and even spirits for purchase. Though we didn’t try the breakfast spot, it looked inviting—we snapped a few photos to remember it for next time. Our room was spacious and relaxing. While the décor felt a bit dated, the beds were cozy and the layout gave us plenty of room to unwind. Parking was secure and easy, with a scannable ticket for hassle-free in-and-out access. The location is a dream—just a 13-minute walk to Disneyland! After a full day at the parks, being able to stroll back to the hotel was a game-changer. We also appreciated the late check-out option (until 1 PM or even 5 PM for a fee), which gave us extra time to rest before heading home. Bonus: Hotel Lulu is pet-friendly, making it a great choice for families or travelers with furry companions. Between Shannon’s hospitality, the comfy rooms, convenient parking, and unbeatable location, Hotel Lulu made our staycation feel special. We’d absolutely return for future Disneyland adventures. Thank you, Hotel Lulu, for a truly memorable stay!

During our stay it looked like there was renovation going on.. so maybe that’s why there was one 1 elevator, which made long waits & long waits to up & down. We were on the 5th floor. The safe was in lock position and we were unable to use it. Plus there was no room service. I had to personally go look for someone that could change out out towels for us
