Great experience

It was a good experience and we would love to stay there again. It is close to Disneyland. The bed is a king size bed and on top (bunk bed) there's a smaller bed if you are bringing kids. It was so comfortable and quiet at night. There are also kitties hanging out!

No Hot Water

No hot water, they would only turn it on at 8am so if you are trying to get your family ready for Disney Land early keep in mind you can’t shower before 8am unless you like COLD WATER, also limited parking, front door did not closed properly

No issues two things I could use improvement they don’t put cups in the room for water and it would be nice to have coffee makers in the room otherwise everything was fine

Plenty space for a family. Happy with a microwave in the room. However no coffee maker. Blanket on the top bunk very thin and no flat sheet. Asked for extra blanket and received with no problem. Heating/cooling unit was very noisy and second night we had to unplug from the wall to turn it off, since it was not responding at all. It definitely was not working properly. Decently clean room. Staff was pleasant.

The bathtub grout and ceiling was riddled with mold. The floor was sticky and we had to wear shoes in the room. Told the front desk and she was very apologetic. Promised that her boss would call to resolve the problem and never heard from them again. Felt pretty unsafe being there as well, lots of weird people lurking around. Definitely looks much nicer in pictures.

Rooms were full of spider webs, we found a cricket in the bathroom. From the pictures everything looks updated and nice but as soon as you come in the beds are dirty and dusty, bed sheet look stained, old and gross.

Terrible place unfortunately

For the 3 nights I stayed here, we spent far over $650 for a terrible room. They did not refund the 100$ deposit back to us despite there being no damages. The bathroom window did not lock, there was no screen and this was on the first floor of the hotel, which faces a busy street. Mind you, I had my 5 year old daughter with me, and the area is not the best (there were homeless people sleeping on the bench in the front of the hotel). I asked to switch rooms, because I could not sleep for feeling unsafe here and for her, and they refused to change the room despite there being many rooms open at this time (maybe 3 cars total in the parking lot). My daughter had got a 50$ toy at Disneyland she had in the room (which was the reason for the visit), and when the maid gave us new towels in the room, she took this toy for some very odd reason. We had it up on a shelf, so not really sure why they would take it. Save yourself the trouble, and stay somewhere else. There are plenty more available hotels in the same area.. I could say more about it but i'm saving my breath.
