The elevator situation was a nightmare. And there seemed to be no way to reach the lobby from the upper floors via the stairs. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Was a great location for visiting!

I looked for a hotel with a continental breakfast but it did not offer any. It also said parking was available but failed to mention the $45 a day fee. Listing shoul be updates to reflect what is actually offered. I would have stayed a nicer hotel if i had factored in the parking fee and no breakfast.

I choose this property, First close to my vacation destination and the offer of the premises that they have free breakfast. Unfortunately, we arrived before check-in and their concierge was not kind enough to accommodate us, unless he wanted to stick on the check-in time in spite after us there's a lot of guests trying to check-in and he let them. So after 45 minutes before the check-in time we double checked he said its ok now and we double check regarding free breakfast but he said they don't offer it unless you booked thru their website. 🤔 The next day around 730am we requested housekeeping and extra towels to our surprise at the end of our long daytour outside only towels are there no clean up. We called the concierge again he said that time no more cleaning people of course its almost 6pm. Restful vacation but very non accommodating. SAD!

Check in went smoothly. I gave my parking ticket upon checking in and paid the fee. The next morning as I was leaving, I asked if I needed anything when leaving the garage. I was told no. As I was trying to exit, I was not able to leave and had to call the number on the ticket box. Very frustrating.

The property is a big bargain relative to other hotels for SF during a busy conference. The restaurant is not full service but there are plenty of places nearby from $ to $$$$ Convenient to Union Sq and other downtown area. It is SF and Noisy etc but That is not the hotel's fault. I will definitely book there next year.

The hotel is well located in SF downtown, easy to get to any public transport via a short walk. The staff was very courteous, esp Charlie, he was very helpful. The hotel has a luggage storage if you need to travel the city after checkout. The one thing that I didn't like was that there was no water vending machine. I expected the Hotel to have atleast one complimentary bottle of water per guest with the option to purchase more, however the reception staff abruptly pointed us to an ice machine when asked about water.
