Very Good value for the $ in SF. Free on site parking, but possibly not enough for every room. Got there @ 3 on a weekday and got a spot. Excellent dine in or take out breakfast and lunch place next door.

The staff was so kind and accommodating! Thank you to Chris, Allan, Jakara for making my stay a pleasant one!

great price and clean

Parking was included, the staff were amazing and great location!

Elevator was not working again.

What we liked was that the hotel is in a location with lots of dinning and has free parking included. What we did not like was the street noise. We had a room that over looked Steiner St, which is lined with restaurants. After mid-night when the restaurants are closed, the street is still very noisy due to delivery trucks and garbage trucks which service the restaurants from 12am to 6am. We had 8 nights booked at the hotel but left after 4 nights because of the noise and lack of sleep. The truck were out every night we were there (Friday thru Monday nights). Also the elevator did not work well. Sometimes we got in, pushed the floor button, and nothing happed. There is no phone in the elevator and I was afraid we would get stuck in there. One time we were in the elevator near the office when this happen. An employee from the office came over and jiggled the service switch and the elevator doors closed. The shower faucet is very difficult to set the water temp. Sometimes it is very hot sometimes it is not - very sensitive faucet to adjust to warm temp. I would not stay here again.

Caution to those with children. The windows in the two rooms we had all opened up which was terrifying being 4 stories up. You turn a handle 90 degrees at the top and bottom of each window and then they each swing open like a door. One window had one of the two handles completely unlocked. I had 4 kids with me. A bit terrifying and hard to relax.

Great location. Clean, organized, free parting.

I will comeback and stay there again

Large spacious room that was clean and had all the basic amenities. A perfect place for someone who wants to spend a couple of days exploring the area. The best part was the free parking and not having any difficulty finding a parking spot.

The room and front desk were both great. Especially loved the location and the free onsite parking. Have already recommended Cow Hollow Inn to family members.

Room faced the street so it was noisy. Housekeeping very nice. I wish our room had a fridge. Its not fancy but we didn't have to pay for parking, and it was only for one night so it did the trick

I gave the hotel 1 week notice that I had taken a position up North and they did Not give me a refund for the days left on my reservation. They charged me $500 and probably sold the room while I was gone. Windows were paper thin with the noise from the street keeping you up all night. People sleeping in the garage next to the cars. One guy dumped the trash in front of the door with all his personal belongings strewn about the entry way causing a confrontation while I was trying to get to work. No one in the office to assist. The Manager Andy was extremely rude!! Did Not care when things did Not work. I was there for over 7 weeks and both ice machines on my floor did Not work and were in need of repair the whole time I was there!! A pipe burst in the garage and flooded the garage..... smell was unbearable. Took over a week to repair. What a rip off and a nightmare!! Don’t stay here unless you want sleepless nights and horrible customer service.

Centrally located, great spot for our touring. Service was very nice here

A pleasant hotel and with the price i paid it’s so worth it, ur in the middle of everything restu and shops, free parking is a plus. The room is bigger than i expected.

For the price it was a nice room. And it was quiet too.
