Incredible place to stay. Friendly staff, fun bar for a sip before having supper. A joy in every way!

Classic Hotel in Union Square. Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. The staff was great. The location was awesome and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice amenities. Just steps from Union Square. Comfortable surroundings.

great location as it is Union square. I will stay there again very friendly staff and closed to many restaurants Greatly reccomended

This hotel is dated but in very good shape for its age. The value is very good overall for San Francisco and the location is convenient especially for meetings in the financial district. This was my second stay here in recent months for business travel and I’ll be staying here again next month. It’s not likely I would stay here for an extended stay, but for short stays for business purposes, I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very small. The bathroom was not usable for the toilet because it touches the wall. And my own fault for not checking, but I would have never rented a room without air conditioning, because of this I had to keep my window open and listen to the other hotels striking noise from 7am until 10pm each day. The hotel neglected to tell me this until the day before arrival. Worse experience ever. Besides the staff being very kind, this was a vacation that ended up very disappointing.

IT was a cute boutique hotel that had very very friendly staff. IT was close to everything and easily accessible. There was no air condition which made the rooms a bit muggy, but the bathroom and room was clean and well renovated and well kept. There is a restaurant downstairs but the breakfast was $18 for something that should have been included in the price or way cheaper - not worth it. Overall the stay was good and the staff was the best.

Great location. Lots of places around to eat and shop. I’ve stayed here multiple times. The rooms are small but the hotel also has a character to it. The size goes in tandem with the nostalgic character of the hotel.

Great location in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Very friendly staff.

Cool older hotel in a great location. I will stay here again when I go to San Francisco.

Very cool old hotel! Bed was super comfy! Love the little rubber ducky gift :)

Had a great stay ..... felt very comfortable and safe , staff were very helpful , enjoyed the cozy little bar ....Rory was great .

Very pleasant stay. We just stayed here for one night. I called ahead and said we were celebrating a birthday and when we arrived they had a bottle of champagne, two flutes, and a rubber ducky that said happy birthday! So cute! Also the front desk staff was very accommodating and sweet. The bartender was also great! Additionally you get a buy one get one free coupon for a drink at their bar. The bar is tiny but we'll stocked. Overall I would stay here again. It felt homey and welcoming. It's small but it definitely has some charm!

Nice hotel, central location convenience to all attractions.

Nice Hotel that was easy to check into and out of. Friendly staff and nice rooms.
