Staff was very welcoming and friendly! The staff were good at remembering names and greeting you each time you left or returned to the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel! Only downside was that “Buster” the dog was not available during the time of our stay

Well maintained hotel with excellent location. We would use this hotel again .

Had a corner room. Very nice view. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. The staff were very nice.

Only literally 2 blocks away from union square this hotel is amazing. Clean friendly staff modern and best of all near the final trolie stop, high end shops, Chinatown and very good area.

Location was perfect in the heart of Union Square. We didnt have to take our car out. We just walked for shopping and dining. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. We text the hotel for special requests which were fulfilled within 10 minutes. Our room was clean and bed was soft. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Nice place, no question. Good pool. The bar drinks are wayyyyyy too expensive. Laundry service at $4.50 per T-shirt. If you're not on an expense account think twice.

Hotel Nikko is located on the edge of Union Square, just a block or two from the Tenderloin are which is well-known for homelessness and crime. The location was adequate but not ideal. We arrived home Saturday night to a room that had not been cleaned. We had ordered room service early that morning and were rather disappointed to return at 10 p.m. to a room with all the tableware and food laid out, no fresh towels, etc. They neglected to clean the room all day (we did not put up a do not disturb notice). We also forgot our phone charger at a prior hotel during our travels, and the concierge would not provide a loaner iPhone charger for our stay. We were disappointed in this overall experience.

Room carpet was worn and had some stains, but overall was really nice and quiet.

Great hotel with great ammenities pet friendly good staff

Pool was nice and friendly people very close to are food we eat Macy had sale 40%off thank you very very much.

We had a wonderful experience. The upgrade to the rooms - perfect. Nice touches ensure an enjoyable stay.

The Nikko is an easy walk to BART, has many dining options nearby, and comfortable well-designed rooms. And it's spotless throughout.

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect. Large room and bathroom. CLEAN and great location for most things in the city.

Overall, the hotel is great. It's clean, the staff friendly, and such great access to Union Square and the theater. Only problem was there were no washcloths or hand towels anywhere, so drying your hands or face, we had to use the bath towels that you want clean after you take a shower.

Our first stay there and it was wonderful. Room was beautiful and comfortable w/ huge bathroom. Service was over the top.

Hotel is in a great location within walking distances to various sightseeing points. Room is clean, service is good and facilities are excellent.

Great hotel in a great location convenient to shopping and great restaurants. Easy to get to airport from this location as well as other areas of the city are in a decent walking distance.

Excellent ammenitites, courteous Staff, great location in the heart of the Downtown Citi-center, close to all the shops and Union Square, excellent in house dining, exceptional rooms and View. Pefect setting and easy access.
