Very clean room and convenient bathroom. Staff was kind.

I went to San Francisco couple of times to travel, and so far, this hotel was the best experience ever!! Very very clean, the staff were amazing, I felt appreciated here. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's location is also amazing. Thanks for the amzing experience!

The hotel staff and Valet service Men were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night, the beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

A very nice Hotel with an excellent location right at union square.

After a night that was not ideal at The Clift Royal Sonesta, Hotel Nikko was a joy! The lobby is excellent and the front desk was efficient. The room was beautifully designed with attention to detail for both design and ease of use. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. They provided chocolates on the pillows, reading lights and digital checkout. The hotel is right near Union Square and it's very easy to get around the city with this hotel as a base.

There are lots of Asian people in this hotel. The stuff is a little rude. They close the public restrooms in the 2nd(guest service) floor every evening and the access is only with a key which makes your stay uncomfortable.

Overall is good, Just got one problem- as Platinum Member and booked the VIP Hotel. The hotel staff never offered any upgrade and thought that I booked from hoteltonight App. My last stay, I have asked the front desk about the premium Internet, and she’s upgraded me to the premium internet, but still got charged for $35 on my credit card about this charge.

Good location for shopping. Very helpful staff. Convenient location.

Very spacious rooms! Love the view of the city. Tank you for the complimentary upgrade! will come back again when visiting the bay

We enjoyed our stay at the Nikko. It was close to shopping and restaurants which was nice. The room got a little stuffy while we were there however otherwise it was perfect.

Elegant hotel. in the heart of SanFrancisco shopping district. i had a wonderful time and will definitely make it my hotel next time i'm in SF.

Great hotel, nice facilities. Pool is very nice. Impeccable service, really top, whater you want or need, service is top. Food is excellent and room service is top. A little noisy in the streets, and you ear it even on the 19th floor, but the whole area is like this...

Very clean Hotel that had helpful staff. The hotel was located near many restaurants and in walking distance to transportation.

Newly remodeled hotel was very nice. The front lobby could be more welcoming.

Great hotel, excellent location for shopping. Only negatives are $50 a day parking and although our room was available early, had to pay extra to check in early.

Really nice hotel. Happy friendly staff. Welcoming. Room is very nice. And district is cool and interesting we will come back. Hmmm

Hotel staff was prompt to deliver extra towels. Check in was easy. Concierge was helpful. Valet was great.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly! The staff were good at remembering names and greeting you each time you left or returned to the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel! Only downside was that “Buster” the dog was not available during the time of our stay
