We stayed here for one night and it was perfect. Large room and bathroom. CLEAN and great location for most things in the city.
Overall, the hotel is great. It's clean, the staff friendly, and such great access to Union Square and the theater. Only problem was there were no washcloths or hand towels anywhere, so drying your hands or face, we had to use the bath towels that you want clean after you take a shower.
Our first stay there and it was wonderful. Room was beautiful and comfortable w/ huge bathroom. Service was over the top.
Hotel is in a great location within walking distances to various sightseeing points. Room is clean, service is good and facilities are excellent.
Great hotel in a great location convenient to shopping and great restaurants. Easy to get to airport from this location as well as other areas of the city are in a decent walking distance.
Excellent ammenitites, courteous Staff, great location in the heart of the Downtown Citi-center, close to all the shops and Union Square, excellent in house dining, exceptional rooms and View. Pefect setting and easy access.
We stayed for three nights. They offered very nice package for breakfast, free Wife and room upgrade. I missed one breakfast due to a morning tour, but they kindly prepared bags of breakfast for us!
I stayed at the Nikko for a night recently. From the valet to check-in to my room took less than 15 minutes. The room was clean, modern and had nice personal care products. I was comfortable and able to walk every where I needed. I loved the mascot. I would recommend to anyone looking for a decent room in San Francisco.
We were in town for a conference. Hotel was beautiful and it was great having a Starbucks off the lobby.
The hotel was great for the price, very clean and nice amenities. The hotel was a little undersold for the weekend and we were upgraded at no charge without asking.
Hotel Nikko is in Union Square, which makes it easy enough to jump on some public transportation or catch an Uber anywhere in the City. The Hotel itself is nice and clean and offers a nice Asian restaurant on the 2nd floor. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit small (king size bed), but its the city and thats gonna happen. The only thing we did not like is that they seem to squeeze you for any fee. Parking, use of pool/hot tub, breakfast.. everything comes at an extra cost. Some things should be included, but really nothing is. Anyway, its a safe, clean spot to stay. The staff was courteous and service was good.
Great area, nice buffet, comfortable rooms (we had a nice view), bed was comfy and showers clean But what sets this hotel a part is the service. Every staff member from the bell man to the manager when we had a slight concern went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. If service is at all important to you, stay here. This is how a business should be ran.
Hotel Nikko is conveniently located in the Union Square neighborhood. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are a bit tired, however.
My stay at Hotel Nikko was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travelers. Free wi-if was great and room service was excellent.
We were always treated kindly by the staff. The hotel is nice, clean and has good amenities. The fitness center is great, but if you are not staying in the Imperial floors, it comes with a fee. The only downside to the experience is the parking. With taxes, it is $57 per 24 hours, which adds up when staying a few days. Otherwise a great experience. The person who checked us in, Vendy, was wonderful and very accommodating.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. they upgraded me and took very good care of me. I would stay again here, great location.
My husband and I were greeted by very friendly staff and a glass of champagne on New Year’s Eve. To our surprise we had been upgraded to a suite. That was great, as it made our experience more memorable. We really enjoyed staying at the Hotel Nikko. I will definitely recommended this hotel.
Great hotel in close proximity to Union Square. In the center of SF so cheap Uber rides to anywhere you want to go. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location in San Francisco, easy access to important attractions. Great experience with staff, they were so helpful. Food, restaurants, shops, cafe places, all in short distance.
The hotel was super friendly and amazing location! We def will be returning..
