Upon arrival we realized the parking had an extra fee which was extremely disappointing! Our room was ok, but I noticed the sink had not been cleaned properly and there were hairs in the back of the water knobs. Staff were friendly I must say. We booked the room for one night only, but the charge and fees was more like 2 nights!!! After leaving the hotel we were charged additional fees, not sure what they are but parking and hidden fees have equaled $96 and I am furious; I will never again stay at this hotel, they take advantage of you and parking is NOT Free so keep that in mind.

Open, helpful, with the virus I had mistakenly double booked and the front desk caught it and got it straightened out. Fantastic room and service. I will stay again.

The location is perfect! It's walking distance to great food and the pier. The hotel offers free beach cruiser bikes and we rode from the hotel, onto the Golden Gate Bridge. The bike ride along the water was beautiful. The room itself was not worth the money. Our bathroom door was broken and the beds weren't comfortable.

No direct access from underground parking garage to lobby two flights of stairs also some elevators only go to lower lobby where there is no exit out otherwise good location and a nice place to spend a night checking was confusing and seemed like a lot of additional charges

Free parking, clean, spacious modern rooms ect ect ect

Nice and beautiful. It suck that you have to pay for parking.

Our first room was damaged so they immediately got us a new room and waived the resort fee for our trouble. Staff was super nice and efficient, would definitely stay again.

it was centrally located and had lots of places to eat and things to do near by.

We really liked that there were decent bikes available for our use...

Wi-Fi left a lot to be desired. Housekeeping staff very friendly.

Nice rooms with great city views & super friendly & helpful staff!!

Wow, I am so happy that we stayed at this hotel, we couldn’t have asked for more, very clean, close to everything, lots of amenities, clean and very comfortable beds and pillows, even though our window faced the street it was very quiet. The only thing that we weren’t very happy about it is that the hotel had an extra charge of $25 for “Destination fee” full of stuff that we didn’t need, and for “discounts”, discounts that basically you’re paying for those $25, it doesn’t make any sense, oh well some people might think differently. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

Cean, and very convenient to Fisherman's Wharf, very secured

The location is great. It is easy to get to nearby attractions. The restaurants were very good and the room was excellent. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The little store in the hotel had a small selection of things.

We really liked the location, it was a nice clean facility with a great staff.

We loved this hotel it was clean and the bar was fun late at night.

Thank you for your feedback. It's unfortunate to read about the understanding of the parking and the destination fee. It is important to communicate this clearly on the website as well as our confirmation emails. I apologize that we fell short on this situation. It's because of guests like yourself that communicate this so we can make it better for our future guests.

We are truly sorry for the challenges that you had during your stay. Covid-19 has forced us to modify some of our services such as offering self parking rather than the valet we had pre-pandemic. Hopefully we can welcome you back sometime soon.
