All was terrific, but the valet parking was expensive.

Very nice hotel. It's a 5-story building so there's really no view from our room except the street in front of the hotel. Right across from us is a 5-story Holiday Inn, so when you look out the window, you're looking at the hotel in front of our building. Price is reasonable being so close to Fishermans Wharf and Pier 39. The room is cozy and the mattress and pillows are very comfy. The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the bathroom faucet, there is none. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel. Rating this hotel a 4-star is a bit overrated. I've been in a bunch of 4 and 5 star hotels and to me this one is a 3-star maybe 3 1/2 at best. And kudos to the staff, since I have a handicap tag, they gave me free valet parking for my stay and did not charge me the customary $59/day valet parking. Very appreciative of that.

Hotel was run down. The pictures online are deceiving. Our 'city view' was a gas station and brick building, which we paid extra for.

The hotel itself was fine. the valet it was extremely rude and the bellhop didn't help us with our luggage and when we asked for creamer for our coffee that wasn't in our room we never received it and when we walked into our room there was urine in the toilet

I found the hotel to be well kept and up to date, and the hotel staff was awesome.

We stayed for two nights at the Hyatt Centric and were very pleased. Check in was fast and our room was ready when we arrived around noon. It was modern and clean. We were given a drink coupon for the Brick and Beam restaurant next door, and liked the ambiance of the place. The walk to Fisherman's Wharf was short and it was easy to walk along the piers to see the sights and eat. We were also able to easily walk to Lombard Street, Ghirardelli Square, and the Alcatraz Cruises pier. Most other tourist-y sights required an Uber because of the hills:) With only about 36 hours in San Francisco, this hotel location allowed us to check off the sights on our list.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt centric at fishermans wharf. Nice, clean hotel and the staff were all welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I'm not sure the "city view" room is worth asking for. Lots of buildings around, we looked at those. Not city lights as I may have imagined. I'd stay again for sure. Loved that it was so close to the wharf and two ends of the cable cars.

Location very convenient for tourists shopping restaurants tour transportation

Very clean. The staff, service and accommodations were all excellent. Location couldn't have been better. Within walking distance of the bay, attractions, food.. everything was just down the street. We had a great week in San Fransico and the Hyatt made it all so easy!

Food was delicious , pool was so nice, room was so comfortable

Hotel was nice. Its 2 stories and room was very far from the only group of elevators. The bathroom sink was clogged. Tub was not that clean. No room service. Room was clean. One day the cleaning service left the trash out in hallway. it stayed there for 2 days. The gym was great. Lots of updated equipment. I stopped at the restaurant attached to the hotel at about 4:00 one afternoon. Waited at least 10 minutes, before I went to the bar to order. The food did turn out to be delicious.

Good hotel for the price. The location was what we wanted. Concierge was super nice, as well as the house keeping staff...desk staff was unwelcoming and cold. The bartender at the bar/restaurant, and older man, was super nice as well.

We had the best time on our San Francisco retreat. The accommodations at the Hyatt were outstanding. We were very close to the cable cars and trolley system. The beds and pillow made for a great night sleep. We had fresh towels everyday. I would recommend. The Hyatt at Fisherman's Wharf with no reservations.

Hotel is at the center of Fisherman's Wharf. There are two cable car routes, one by Ghirardelli and the other is by Bay St., take the Bay - shorter line and much closer to the hotel. Hotel charges $59 a day for parking but you can self park at Anchorage Square around the corner, rate is $40 a day but you can pay through the hotel at a discounted rate of $32 a day.

The hotel has been completely remodeled and looks much nicer inside compared to the exterior. Very modern and chic interior and a restaurant inside the hotel on the registration floor. The check in process was seamless and the hotel staff were all very professional. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, actually already recommended to my parents:). Mr. Park the manager there also goes above and beyond:)

Excellent Hotel for the area. 2 blocks away from Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square. Short walk to North Beach, China Town and Coit Tower. What I would expect from a Hyatt hotel, however, you do have to pay for extra amenities such as parking, in room wifi, and use of business office. We did not use the pool as summer temperature was in the 60's. Would stay there again if I wanted to stay near the Fisherman's wharf.

Nice quiet hotel in walking distance of all of the Fisherman's Wharf restaurants, piers and shops. The hotel was very clean and nice and I'd stay there again. Rooms were small though. We had two double beds and one small chair to sit on. Don't expect tons of space. Staff was nice and responsive and the concierge was VERY helpful.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff at all levels were very friendly. The location was excellent.

Clean facility. Friendly accomodating staff. Convenient location.

Good location close to Fisherman's Wharf. Multuple times did have to ask for towels for our room...as didn't leave enough for 4 people. Did not appreciate fluorescent lighting in bathroom! Room and hotel were clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were small but good for what we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.
