Great property, friendly and helpful staff. But maybe wash the outside?
Good price
Great location near Chinatown and financial district. Easy parking and spacious rooms
Lobby staff was rude on several occasions, late night party in room next door to our room was not addressed by staff promptly, despite our two requests, and the coffee maker in our room was neither functioning properly (only made two cups; option for one cup broken) and nor stocked properly (only one decaf pod and not regular coffee pods).
It was a pretty place to stay in.
Good service
I like the area i didnt like that they charged me extra fee when i left
It was really chill
loved the area the hotel is in. so many shops and eateries but the room itself needed a lot of work. so dusty and old. won’t stay again. but would stay in this area again
The front desk staff continued throughout my trip kept trying to make me pay for an extra day. Each time I went to the front desk they would say “Oh we see you still need to pay for one more night”. I would reply “No, I didn’t” three very long encounters by their staff, even as I was checking out yesterday continued with asking me to pay for staying from the from August 30th to 31st. Not sure why this happened. It was a major inconvenience and highly embarrassing to be treated the way I was.
It’s was nice and convenient
Decent stay
I enjoyed my stay there.
