Def not what Hilton used to be quality has dropped down lower than holiday inns

The Hilton was nice, everything was clean & it felt safe. I wish I’d researched the area a bit more, the only food working a half mile walking radius was Asian. It was good food though.

Hotel could use some updates compared to other Hilton properties I've stayed at. It's got done good views if you stay on a higher floor. We where on the 24th floor, very good views of the city and Bay.

Super slow staff, ZERO cleaning, in my room the sheets were torn ... I asked to change the room and they said they did not have the cost is too much for the low quality they offer!

The view I loved! Didn't like noisey guests next door to me!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was a great stay. Clean, friendly staff, and great location.

Definitely the $8 per water bottle in the room. Seriously?

Location is convenient

This is a clean, once wonderful hotel with very friendly staff, but it needs refreshing. Its central, convenient location is great and the property itself is fine, but it definitely looks like an aging hotel from the 80s. The smallish standard rooms are cramped with a massive built-in desk along the window, plus a sofa and a table, in addition to the night stand. Might want to free up some of that precious floor space. Also, the bathroom literally has dark brown wallpaper, dark brown tiles, and a weak fluorescent light above the mirror. All that's missing is a mirror and some rolled up bills on the granite countertop to complete the 80s theme.

The room was excellent but they did not clean the bathroom specifically the garbage. We have to sanitize the room.

I had a beautiful bay view that was ruined by the fact my room was right next to the elevator and ice machine. I would've preferred a quieter room.

The room was Ok but very dirty hairs all over, dusty and no housekeeping 😑

Honestly this place looked good on the website and for our budget but I guess this is what you get when you go low budget to San Francisco. The staff was super rude and condescending. The parking was 30 dollars when on the website it said it was included. We got a bay view premium room because we wanted to splurge and when we got up there the shower wasn't fully cleaned and the mirror and sink area still had visible stains. The bed wasn't the comfiest in the world and the towels were like sandpaper. We told the front desk about the shower to let them know but we didn't expect anything from it like a refund so we had taken showers anyway considering we were disgusting from being out all day. When I called the front desk to let them know so they can check more thoroughly the cleaning jobs during covid times he was like "but you still took a shower sooo, I don't understand. I'll put it in your file I guess". Ultimately it was a really unpleasant experience and if we ever do a trip to San Francisco again it will not be here. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more for a nicer one. The only thing I really liked about the hotel is that it was really close to Chinatown and pier 39.

Location is excellent. Would definitely visit again.

Way over priced parking Staff was rude Staff tried to get into room while we were changing and it wasnt even our check out time

This is a clean, once wonderful hotel with very friendly staff, but it needs refreshing. Its central, convenient location is great and the property itself is fine, but it definitely looks like an aging hotel from the 80s. The smallish standard rooms are cramped with a massive built-in desk along the window, plus a sofa and a table, in addition to the night stand. Might want to free up some of that precious floor space. Also, the bathroom literally has dark brown wallpaper, dark brown tiles, and a weak fluorescent light above the mirror. All that's missing is a mirror and some rolled up bills on the granite countertop to complete the 80s theme.
