Overpriced, many other options with better rooms, service, food at a much lower price.

Very nice

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been very pleased. My only suggestion would be is to install safety bars and mats in the bathtub as it is slippery. This would be extremely helpful for older guests.

I did not like the condition of the bathrooms. In our first room the bathtub drain was clogged. After getting reassigned to another room the show water pressure was too low.

Didn't like to pay extra for parking. Everything else was great.

Water pressure in the shower was low, and there was NO HOT WATER on the Saturday morning of our event, so we all had to take COLD showers.

It is an older property but renovated nicely.

The lady at the reception was nice but gave us a room which its window would open to the roof of the other building. The AC wouldn’t work and the room was so hot. I went down and asked her to send some one to fix it while we were out. Five hours later we came back, and the AC still wouldn’t work and the room was as hot as an oven. I went to the receptionist again, there was someone else she offered to change our room. She moved us to a room with the lake view, which was very nice. When I looked at the other rooms, at night I noticed that among so many rooms that their windows had the lake view only a few of them had their lights on and more than ninety percent of them were empty (because it was middle of the week) But then I asked myself while all these rooms are empty and available why wouldn’t the first receptionist care to give us a room with a nice view and let us to have a great memory from our trip ?! She rather gave us a room with broken AC and terrible view of another building’s roof. Anyway, my experience from staying at this hotel was not very good. It could be much better if their receptionist would care a bit more!

We like this hotel very much. Great location. Nice service. Light modern design. We will come to Pullman San Francisco Bay again. With best wishes Tetyana Tidy
