Very professional staff. Ran out of regular coffee at breakfast.
Really nice updated rooms. Comfortable bed which allowed for a good night's rest.
The outdoor patio is fantastic, especially at night. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful.
Liked close proximity to Chase Center.
We enjoyed the lodging. The lack of designated parking was very disappointing. We ended up scrambling for parking and had to pay more for overnight parking than the cost of our room.
There may be parking, but watch out for events, when they may run out.
The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I get that they're understaffed, but they had trouble getting towels to us. The parking situation was bad: a single, independent outside garage that fills up quickly. We loved that the hotel is right across the street from the ballpark.
Great location and amazing room with perfect views, would highly recommend and return
I liked the location, cleanliness and look of the hotel. I had a few complaints. The room was listed to have a pullout couch and it did not. It is also listed as a suite with a bedroom and living area. The whole reason we paid for an upgraded room is so we could put my 18 month old son in the bedroom while we hung out in the living area. The bedroom and living area are connected by an open hallway so we just sat in silence and darkness while my son slept. Garage parking across the street was $70 also which is pretty ridiculous. In hindsight I should have searched on my own and not just gone with the front desk recommendation. Also the air conditioning was not very effective. The room was very warm until almost midnight. Not the worst stay ever but very expensive and not even close to a ringing endorsement.
A/c kept making weird noises, no towels were left in room. Great location
Solange was very accommodating and provided excellent front-desk assistance. The room was quiet, conveniently located, and was outfitted with a tall shower head ( a rare, but nice touch for us tall folks). I would most definitely recommend and stay at this hotel in the future.
I was disappointed that the gym was closed and I could not have visitors (because of coronavirus).
I was surprised to find a Hyatt in that part of town - not that it's a bad part of town - I've just never heard of it before.
Close to Muni line, rooms are on smaller size. Breakfast was satisfying.
