Cool area, easy check in and out, greeting staff was helpful. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off through the entire hotel with no explanation at 10pm. When we all got to the lobby, just was told we could go back to our rooms, was it a false alarm orrrr…..? Water pressure was awful, barely a trickle and the body wash was broken and unusable. The rooms were tidy and they tuned down your room daily which was nice (great housekeeping staff). Although not a terrible experience, we most likely will go with another hotel on our next stay.

We loved it at the Caza!! We could not enjoy the pool due to inclement weather but everything else was great! The huge lobby with complimentary coffee in the morning and games, the cleanliness, the politeness of the entire staff. All at very reasonable prices!
