Great motel
Very nice motel, close to Fisherman’s Wharf, comfortable with great staff. We really did not appreciate that Breakfast was not equal to the two days of special breakfast set up for tour groups. The same breakfast should’ve been offered to us, but instead, the pastry counter was empty. There was no water. We were never offered a choice of toast so I think that should be looked at. All guest should be treated equal. I was paying for the service same as these groups.

Convenient location and very comfortable. Mikaela took care of my check in and made sure that we were all settled in. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. This was my second stay in 2 years and I look forward to staying here again.

Caza Hotel is a splendid place to stay because it is central to all the attractions Fishermans Wharf has to offer. The staff is also spectacular and helpful. My alternator stopped working, so my car was no longer able to move but the staff was extremely helpful and understanding to the situation. Carlos and Aia were very communicative, friendly and resourceful in helping us find a way to get the car started. John, the maintenence staff, went over and above his job title to help us with the tools needed to change the alternator since most mechanic shops were closed on Sunday. Overall, my experience was truly amazing and this is my second time staying at the hotel. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Just be prepared to pay for parking even though you are paying to stay there.

Great location. We happened to stay there when the global computer glitch happened. The staff seemed to handle it pretty well though. The only issue we had was the shampoo and body wash were out. And all the city noise. The windows must not be very thick.

Great family hotel in an excellent location. Short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. Great games room, clean and comfortable. Had a view of the back alley. Also, no refrigerator in the room. I assumed a fridge was standard, so be sure to request one if needed.

Beautiful view of the Bay. Could see Alcatraz clearly and watched 4th of July fireworks from our room window. Don't let the lower price fool you, this property is very convenient to Fisherman's Wharf and an outstanding staff that really gives personalized service.
