No TV service was out for 2 days i had two rooms and they did not bother to tell us when checking in that there would not be TV service for 2 days of our stay also when you check out they tell you , there is a $25 per day per room fee for items even if you did not use them for instance fitness center / wine cocktail hour/ free bottle water 2 per day but you could only get this if the beverage lady came to your room/ etc.

Lovely hotel. Our room wasn’t ready when they said it would be and no one contacted us when it was ready. We had to keep checking with the front desk.

We stayed at Galleria Park Hotel for the Weekend and enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was quaint, warm and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the wine/cocktail hour in the evening and coffee service in the morning both served in the beautiful lobby..

Other than the ridulously high parking fee, this was a great stay!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Jeff and Alma at the front desk were welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. Decorating in the hotel was spot on. Very attractive and hip but no over decorated or too trendy. We enjoyed the selection of snacks and drinks in the room and the soap and shampoo in the Bathroom. My only issue is that I found the bathroom to be a bit small. The price was very good for the party and location of the hotel; we easily walked through Chinatown and to Ghiradelli for ice cream and fisherman‘s wharf and right next door for an awesome breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

Cute hotel- rooms are comfortable but a double is small. Well equipped with everything you would want. Only drawback is that restaurant was closed so no room service or breakfast, although ten steps away is an adequate breakfast place.

Considering the high cost of this hotel, I was extremely disappointed with the room. It was very noisy until late into the night from someone power washing the sidewalk just below us. The room was very small and looked out to a brick wall. The heater sounded like a train coming through the room every time it came on. Didn’t get any sleep! Was supposed to have free WiFi, however upon checking in, they said there was a $20 charge for WiFi, two bottles of water and coffee in the room. Charged my credit card $75 immediately upon arrival and even though I asked twice, they would not give me a receipt. Still have to check to see if the charge is still there. Due to this experience, I will probably not use Orbitz to book rooms in the future.

I would absolutely stay here again. The staff was most impressive. The rooms are very small but we spent so little time in the room that it didn't matter. It is always noisy when you stay in a major city, but there was night-long construction when we were there that made it extra noisy. This was totally out of the control of the hotel, but it did impact our sleeping. They had notices in the room warning about this issue. The hotel is very nice but the carpeting needs to be replaced. It is very ugly to start with but the stains really stood out.

Booked this hotel because it was close to where we needed to be which worked out great because of 12pm check out time. Hotel is undergoing renovation which we were not informed of before making the reservation. Small room, VERY small bathroom (especially if you are tall). Dirty (brown stained) towel in the bathroom.

Nice boutique hotel in proximity to Union Square, Chinatown, and Financial District. It was still undergoing renovations when I stayed there, but service was excellent, nonetheless.

Really no complaints about my stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located in the heart of the financial district. The hotel lobby is undergoing renovation; however my room is newly updated, modern, clean, and quiet. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely come back in the future. This review is for a single room for a single business traveler. I cannot comment on larger rooms for families.

Very close to everything. China town was also very close by. Best part, only a 3 minute walk to Gharardelli's. My only issue was that, I had no shower items placed in my room. So, I had to call them. They didn't bring it up, I had to call them twice. It sort of delayed me for a bit. Otherwise, it was a decent stay. The room was a nice and quiet one (I had requested a quiet room). I will stay here again in the future. Thank you for the quiet and clean room.

Beautiful room, great location, excellent staff. Would recommend for adults.

Perfect! Will always stay here when in San Francisco. Such a beautiful hotel.

This was a quick trip to SFO and the hotel ended up being in the center of everything we wanted to do. We did not have to call Uber at all and we were able to use the subway for our round trip to the airport. So, I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was a bit smaller than I expected but since it was only my brother and I, it worked out fine. I would definitely recommend it to couples or small groups.

Sent a group of 6 for a convention. They loved the amenities and service.

Great customer service and nice hotel. Housekeeping can be improved though.

I have no problems with this hotel. Our stay was great. The room was very nice, and clean. The staff were very helpful. I forgot a brush at home, and a comb was provided. They gave us extra pillows upon request. A late check out was offered when we explained our travel details. I would highly recommend this hotel. My only issue with it was that it was a little farther from the BART, Powell and Union Square than a previous stay, but that is not the hotels fault and it meant I got more exercise. Fabulous stay in San Francisco!!!!

The hotel is located walking distance of Chinatown and Union square. a plus is the wine served everyday from 5 to 7 PM.
