Staff was AWESOME and answered questions I had and directed me to where i needed to go if asked?!

Close vicinity to main tourist locations, we had a great view of Golden Gate Bridge when the fog lifted. Breakfast was limited due to covid. Parking was in a covered parking garage and was a safe place to park at a reasonable rate compared to other hotels, parking spots were limited though and small and tight to get in. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel our only con was that you can here everything going on in the room next door if you have a room with the adjoing door.

Didn’t know what to expect, but really surprised that the hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable, of course because of the pandemic there was no hot breakfast but the did give us something, I was not happy that I had to pay for parking since the parking was on the premises, it would be different if I had to park somewhere else. Overall I was satisfied, would return, highly recommend it.

The entrance and front desk were nice, the room was dirty, hand prints on the windows , stains all over the carpet, mold or some black stuff all over the bathroom. The shower was cold and the breakfast was a joke. And then charged me $600 up front , then$240 plus when i checked out .i was originally told 400 . Worst experience

I liked that the charge for parking was only $30 compared to the other hotels which were twice as much. Location was good and the room was clean and exactly as I expected it to be. Price was great!

The room was nice and had a pretty good view of the bridge and the bay. Was cool to see the ever changing display of fog at any given time while in the room. Only complaint- they were putting new mattresses in all the rooms and utilizing all the elevators with an override making it hard for us to use said elevators when we wanted to leave the hotel - and it was the only way up or down. Quite frustrating. Other than that the room was great and the staff was always pleasant and welcoming!

Hotel is overpriced. Paid $150 for 1 night. This is more like a motel. Breakfast was not served but included in rate. Rooms are outdated in need of upgrades. Only outstanding feature is Jean at front desk, she is wonderful...

This hotel chose wearing a mask as more important than the safety of one of their guests! A guy was coming after me, a female, in front of the hotel while I was smoking late in the evening. The entrance to the hotel is that you have to be buzzed in, there is no key card entrance. When I went to get buzzed in I let the person know that I was in danger. In my haste to get away from the guy I forgot to put on my mask. She informed me that it didn’t matter what my problem was I was not getting in there until my mask was put on correctly even waving because I couldn’t get it over my nose because my hands were shaking so bad. I find this practice deplorable and therefore would not recommend this hotel!!!

staff was very helpful and nice. One of the elevators was out of service causing very long wait times. good location and fair price, very good hotel overall.

The hotel looks pretty old on the outside, but the rooms are in excelent condition and I had a good experience. The breakfast was complete and more importantly, the location is amazing especially if you're a first timer in SF and want to be able to walk in a safe area to all the main spots, or the ones where you can take transportation to important places. I would 100% stay here again when I go back to SFO

Came with breakfast, staff helpful, property clean, inviting. Good time.

Great location, clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff.

It was clean, a good location, had a safe place to park our rental car. The breakfast was good. Only possible negatives is there is no on site pool or workout room.
