The Marker Union Square San Francisco was a wonderful stay. The customer service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the entire hotel had a beautiful Christmas atmosphere. Jena, the manager, was so cheerful and accommodating, and even covering employees that have called out. We saw her morning, night and I believe she even slept there and still was cheerful and accommodating! We love the decor and the rest of the staff was also very upbeat!
