The lobby is great. The room is fine but nothing special but the area isn't great especially the 2-3 blocks to the left when you walk about of the loddy. There was a lot of feces on the street and b only half of it was dog. I went all around SF and while there are homeless and trash issueals, none were as bad as the the area near the hotel.

First impressions are everything. Jenna was extremely warm and welcoming. She was so kind and asked my partner and I for our pronouns to ensure she was being respectful. Her explanation of the hotel was thorough and answered all our questions. She’s a very rememberable person and the hotel should be very grateful so have someone like her on the team. A true asset. The room was super cute! We had to kill about 10 gnats which was off putting but other than that, the room was fine. I would suggest more lighting or better bulbs. It was so dark, even with all the lights on!
