After an elongated hospital stay, I knees is a sanctuary to recover in. The staff and the chef were amazing. I will be returning again and again.

Hotel has great views, difficult to walk back to hotel since it sits at the top of SF. Rooms and bathrooms are small. Had bad experience with breakfast. ehen we went to have breakfast they would only accommodate members of Intercontinental Club but not hotel guests.

I love staying at the Mark whenever I'm in SF. It's as though I'm being cared for by a good friend.

Excellent staff that accommodates all of our requests and provided fabulous service. Would definitely stay again!

It is a beautiful traditional hotel. Lobby and restaurants are very pleasing to the eye. Although, the rooms decoration and carpet is OUT DATED.

There was no night light in the room. The bed pillows were uncomfortable. The fridge was prestocked with stuff, leaving no room for our own stuff. There's only one affordable restaurant nearby. I regret staying there.

It was a beautiful hotel and in a perfect location to take advantage of the amenities that the city has to offer. We were greeted by very friendly hotel staff and the accommodations were very comfortable. The view from the lounge on the top floor was worth taking the elevator ride to the 17 floor.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions and next to a cable car stop to keep from having to walk back up the hill. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The highlight of the hotelis the Top of the Mark, which is a true gem and one of my favorite places in San Francisco.

This hotel rip me off. Don’t stay here. They overcharge me and pay for night that I don’t need.

Room size was fine, but the room and the bath were quite dated. The blackout curtains didn’t close all the way. The safe didn’t work.

Enjoyed our stay. Doorman at top of the hill restaurant tried to make me look stupid but besides that, i had a good stay there

Rooms look tired and smell musty. Great views but sad that it has such a prime location and yet it looks like rooms haven't been updated in quite some time.

Fabby. Especially Top of the Mark. Great junior suite. Terrific staff.

Mark Hopkins is a very nice old school style hotel. Close to Chinatown, and downtown. My room was very clean and quiet. I was on the 9th floor with very nice views. I would definitely stay here again. Staff were great. Top of the Mark was fun to gp to and have cocktails and listen to the band.

The hallways and elevators could use a bit of refreshing, but rooms are clean and very comfortable. Best thing about this place is the staff, they are super friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate any requests. Location is also unbeatable. Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice Hotel, about 1 mile from Fisherman's Wharf. Great views from all windows.

Good location and view. Helpful staff. Room did not cool well.

''Twas a fun place - the top of the mark makes the night

Loved my stay, great views (at least I had one of alcatraz (partial since buildings are blocking it from the floor I was on). Quiet, a/c central which was nice. Great mini-bar. Office Desk with plugins for multiple phone, laptop/other items. bed was extremely comfortable. Couldn't be happier. The top of the mark is Okay, I think it needs to be updated. The bar is extremely small, i.e. about 8 seats. Very weird since the place is huge. The views were very nice but not 360 views. more like one side has views, then other side has views. The bar is in the back so it blocks any sort of 180 view. At any rate, I do recommend, possibly not at the high rates they can charge at times.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean, not big, but nice. My room on the 9th floor had a good view. Hotel was old school, and quiet which i enjoy. Location was great for me. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay again, and recommended it.
