The location is fantastic! It is literally across from Oracle park. We had a great time on the roof top bar having a couple drinks before walking across the street to the game. We will be staying here in the future when going to Giants games.

very dirty on the streets outside

The area is great! Staff are really helpful and very pleasant each time you see them. Great little rooftop bar that only serves guests so it's not packed after games. The room I selected was small with a view of a brick wall :) We were out and about most of the time so it didn't matter.

We stayed here for the first time to see a Giants game. Being right across the street it was perfect. Rooftop bar has full view of Bay. Lovely. Already booked our next stay

Hotel is really nice and clean, poor check in room wasn’t ready. Nothing to do around it, the few businesses close to early.

Modern enough. Great location. Great service

Rooftop lounge was amazing, including excellent authentic Mexican food menu options, mixed drinks made to perfection, and the most professional, fun, and friendly bar staff. Hotel room was impeccably clean, modern, and perfectly maintained. Beds, and bedding were extremely comfortable. Definitely a 5 star in my book.

Great to be right across the street from the ballpark!

Hotel VIA took wonderful precautions dealing with the Covid restrictions! Everything was sanitized and they were all extremely helpful about where to go and what was going on with outside. Offered rooftop dining areas for social distancing with delivered or take out returned to eat there. Beautiful ambiance! Very modern!

It was quite obvious there were not many guests staying at the hotel. My Aunt & I were there celebrating my 30th (which they knew) and we had a 3rd floor tiny room with a view of barbed wire and dumpsters. So disappointing. The customer service overall was fantastic I will say.

The resturant and bar did not open til 4pm. The room service was extremely expensive.

Amazing hotel and location! Staff was very nice and was able to get an early check in time.

Cute budget boutique hotel by the ballpark. It worked out because we went to Cirque du Solei. Minimal amenities and the walls are paper-thin.

Loved the rooftop bar. Wished we had a room on a higher floor but the room wAs very nice.

I thought it was excellent. Good bang for the buck. I’ve stayed other places for the same price and it was far worse.
