I loved that the entrance of the property is off the Main Street, but the hotel is still accessible from the Main Street. Very smart way to not have to rush and be in traffic. The staff was friendly and checking in was smooth.
Location is good. Staff are fine. Breakfast is not so well done. Room service is super pricey. $79.00 for two people, nothing special, no Orange Juice. We went out to breakfast after that.
We were in town from Wisconsin for a ballgame. Location couldn't be better. Right across the street

The location is excellent if attending a Giants game. Public transportation is close by. Problem is there is a lack of restaurants in this area. More bar foods, so breakfast locations are small and only two within a few blocks. The hotel is a bit noisy. Make sure you know where your room will be when booking. We got stuck on the ground floor. When we thought we booked a room on a higher level with a view.
Very clean and comfy! Area around the building was also very clean and safe. Not like the SF you hear about. Will definitely stay again.
The general manager was very rude at check in with valet. They only allow one car to be parked at this hotel. Service was very poor.

The hotel is perfect if you’re going to Giants Stadium! It’s literally right across the street! The rooms are spacious, modern, & clean. Check in/out was easy. They only offer valet parking, which is expensive, but for the convenience, I would do it. Overall, great experience & will definitely book again!
The location is perfect for many events, close to transit and the embarcado.
The location is fantastic! It is literally across from Oracle park. We had a great time on the roof top bar having a couple drinks before walking across the street to the game. We will be staying here in the future when going to Giants games.

The area is great! Staff are really helpful and very pleasant each time you see them. Great little rooftop bar that only serves guests so it's not packed after games. The room I selected was small with a view of a brick wall :) We were out and about most of the time so it didn't matter.
