Hotel VIA took wonderful precautions dealing with the Covid restrictions! Everything was sanitized and they were all extremely helpful about where to go and what was going on with outside. Offered rooftop dining areas for social distancing with delivered or take out returned to eat there. Beautiful ambiance! Very modern!
It was quite obvious there were not many guests staying at the hotel. My Aunt & I were there celebrating my 30th (which they knew) and we had a 3rd floor tiny room with a view of barbed wire and dumpsters. So disappointing. The customer service overall was fantastic I will say.
The resturant and bar did not open til 4pm. The room service was extremely expensive.
Amazing hotel and location! Staff was very nice and was able to get an early check in time.
Cute budget boutique hotel by the ballpark. It worked out because we went to Cirque du Solei. Minimal amenities and the walls are paper-thin.
Loved the rooftop bar. Wished we had a room on a higher floor but the room wAs very nice.
I thought it was excellent. Good bang for the buck. I’ve stayed other places for the same price and it was far worse.
It is a great location for going to a Giants game. I was here for a half marathon and it was a perfect location.
We love that it's directly across from Oracle Park.
It is directly across from stadium. Also, the front door guys are amazing as well as the check in staff
loved the location, loved the hotel parking suck loved the view
cleanliness, modern interior furniture, rooftop bar
too expensive for a view of a brick wall, disappointing about this
WE loved the Rooftop Bar. Very fun. Bathroom door design does not provide 100% privacy ( a little crack to see thru)
