Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean room. The room heater / A/C unit was blowing air into the curtains instead of the room and ended up working all night.

Small but comfortable rooms. Hallways are narrow with low ceilings.

I will start by saying that the hotel was nice. We stayed in the superior room which includes a kitchenette. It was a good size but the TV was off to the side. However, not that big of a deal since we didn't watch too much TV. You have the option to log on to Netflix or HULU but it didn't work for us. Room was clean, the bed was ok and the bathroom was a good size. My biggest problem came with parking. They have a "loading zone" that you can use but after circling the hotel 4 times, I double parked and asked the lady in the front to guide me. The parking garage is only 1 block away which is convenient. They should really put it in their website as to how to get to the parking lot. They do have a map once you check in. Also, checking in was done through a Kiosk, but the employee are there helping you. Overall, it was a good deal. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the Port of San Francisco. Would stay here again.

Nice stay, clean, quiet, and spacious. Got an upgrade when I checked in - thanks Liz!

We were looking for a one bedroom suite with a separate bedroom and sofa bed for our adult daughter. Hard to find in San Francisco. We ended up staying in Club Quarter's nicest suite which we thought had a separate bedroom. It turned out that it was a suite with a queen sized bed and a small sofa bed - not a one bedroom. We made it work but it wasn't ideal - different sleep schedules, light sleepers, etc. But the kitchen area was terrific as was the terrace - we spent lots of time on the closed in terrace. Coffee and snacks available all day; wine hour at 5pm. Great restaurant attached that we went to several times during our stay.

Great location. Have stayed at Club Quarters before in Boston. First time in San Francisco and glad that I selected Club Quarters. Would stay there again on any future trips.

This is probably my 10th stay at Club Quarters and I've always had a great experience. The only thing that was a little less than ideal was the slowness to respond to housekeeping needs like extra towels. Otherwise, the location is great and the rooms are nice so I will definitely be staying there again.

Clean hotel with extremely courteous staff. The hallways are a bit narrow but that the only bad thing we can say. We took advantage of the breakfast bars/soda and we’re very pleased. We would absolutely stay here again! It’s an easy walk to the water, and very close to Chinatown.

Great location very close to everything. Waking distance to china town and piers

Friendly and professional staff. Very safe neighborhood and walking distance to all major San Francisco attractions.

One night to recuperate after a conference before flying east. Quiet, clean and friendly. Professional staff

Heard good things about this hotel and had reasonable expectations, but it wasn’t great. Don’t stay in Room 207, it’s below a room with hardwood floors and chairs that screech across the floor when they move. Don’t know what’s up there, maybe a break room?, but even at night it was loud. The air conditioner didn’t work most of the time and when it did it would kick on for 2 mins, and then off for 2 mins, then back on all thorough the night, while still not really cooling down the room. Didn’t get much help from the front desk. Also this room had a full bed. Would not recommend for 2 people.

This place is the perfect, chill, relax place to stay!

We had a great stay. The room was great. The staff was excellent. And , the location was superb. We highly recommended staying here.

My husband and I had a comfortable visit. The attached restaurant is fantastic! There is parking around the corner and able to walk to other eateries and stores. Make sure to validate parking ticket so you can go in and out of the parking deck without having to pay again. Easy checking in and out in the lobby.
