This is a beautiful luxury building, but it offers no real service or convenience. Instead, there are constant inconveniences and extra fees for customers. I paid $650 per night and felt I got nothing in return. I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

The staff was super accommodating and friendly and made every effort to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The property is clean and new and nicely decorated. Lots of nice sitting area options and the hotel restaurant breakfast was really good.
