Well first when we got to the hotel I had to wait for someone to even come to the front desk. Then she told us where parking was, first off I drove a large SUV and this parking garage type things was small way to small. Then the gate was closed! So we couldn’t even get through. Then there was no parking so the employee had us go to the other side and block other people’s cars in. When we got to our room the key didn’t work, and when it finally did the toilet didn’t flush!! Y’all have a lot to work on for being so expensive in this city.
Hey Clean place, they close the gate so only guess have access to the property.
Property was conveniently located close to downtown. It does have some parking, although limited which is a big advantage in this area, but the place needs remodeling desperately. Toilet paper holder, nightstand lamps, metal shelves- all rusted... Wallpaper on the wall was peeling off... But this place did however have a marble floor. Note that if you come there during lunch hour- nobody will address anything- you can not get into the office, nobody would pick up a phone.
I had no issue. Rooms were clean, location was perfect and plentiful of parking as long as you check in the right time. Noise level is expecting for being so close to different districts of SF.
Hotel is clean. Breakfast is pour, no bread, no butter and no jam.
I was extremely disappointed with the service at the front desk this trip. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and have never had a problem until now. I requested to check out at noon instead of 11:00 on Saturday morning. The gentleman at the front desk curtly told me that check-out at 11:00 and was strictly enforced. As I'm loading up me car, the same front desk clerk had left the front desk and accosted me in the parking lot and rudely accused me of not staying in the hotel. Of course if he had looked at the hotel-issued parking pass on the dashboard he would have seen that I was. Things went downhill from there. I think I will stay elsewhere the next time I am in San Francisco.
Small room with a good location. Loved the restaurants nearby. On site parking was awesome. Breakfast was just some packaged pastries and coffee but that was fine for us. Staff was always very friendly and attentive.
The main problem with this hotel is the very thin walls. You hear everything. A lot of noise at night. Every night there were loud guests or visitors of guests yelling in the parking lot which echos. If you have someone above you the noise is bad. The free parking was helpful. The free breakfast was very lite. Danishes and juice. Other than the noise it was not bad, but the main reason you stay in a hotel is to sleep and could not do that here.
Since the first time I called to ask about parking front desk lady was sighing and short not showing care. I got to the hotel and there was no greeting and the lady in front desk was just sitting there without attempting to provide good service barely talked didn’t smile just doing the bare minimum and with a little bit of attitude towards questions, she didn’t even say where the room was located. The other lady from the next morning was nice.
Nice hotel close to the Westfield shopping center and also close to many transit stops.
Nice hotel if you’re looking for a cheap (money wise) place to stay near downtown San Francisco. Everything is pretty much within 20 mins
Todd at the front desk was very fantastic. He made helpful recommendations for restaurants and places of interest
Hotel staff not very welcoming and in an area of town that is not desireable
Stayed here many times. The renovated new section near check in is the way to go.
Make sure u stay in the main area near checkin vs across the street. Place is adequate.
The front desk staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations on dining and directions on how to get around SF without using uber all the time. Highly recommend this hotel!
