New Management. Nicely renovated. Awesome location. One of those retro motels from the mid 19th century... But done up nice... Good TV, good wifi, I am a repeat customer.

The voucher says Check-in ends at 2AM. Fortunately, after a severely delayed flight, we got to the hotel at 1:45 AM. We checked in, and asked for a 1-day extension, but the attendant on duty said he was unable to do that. The room was fine - a little unkempt in the bathroom - and I might have given this hotel a higher rating. BUT then found out there was no internet. Sure enough by 2AM no one was in the office. So no internet until some time the next day.

Ricky at the front desk was especially nice and the room was really clean. There is clear value for money here. I would certainly recommend staying there if you are in the SOMA area.

Great stay for the price. Enjoyed the room and staff

My wife was nervous when I told her I booked a "bargain" motel for our trip to San Francisco, her being a big time clean freak. She was astounded at how clean the room was, rating it a 10! We were happy with the location, as it is in walking distance of both Union Square and AT&T Park. And the staff were super nice. I have to say, it is the smallest motel room I have ever been in. But considering how little we were in the room we could live with it. And unfortunately not all of the electrical outlets worked. But our biggest complaint was the parking. It is free (hard to find in San Francisco) but is extremely limited. One night we returned to the room late and there was no parking available, resulting in us having to park on the street. That was not ideal.

Bay bridge is not a fancy motel but its a good value for money. It's very clean and has a coffee machine but no breakfast or laundry service. it is not located in the center but is not very far. I went for business and it met my expectations.

The hotel isn't very appealing from outside. However, the room was very good for what we paid. Overall very clean bathrooms seemed brand new. Bed and the pillows were not the most comfortable, but for what we paid, it was more than satisfactory. Given the location (15-20 minute walk to Union Square) it was a good place to stay.

Fair SF price, decent location (in transition for the better), very helpful staff, and nicely re-done rooms. No complaints. Will stay there again, especially if going to the Ball park.

This hotel is a true hidden gem. Conveniently located, it's within an easy walking distance to the Union Square and other local attractions. There's even a Whole Foods store two blocks away. We had a very early morning pick-up for a tour and were able to get a few items for breakfast at the store. The room had a fridge and a microwave. Most importantly, I had the best customer service experience here. The hotel manager really understands how to keep his customers happy and coming back. His customers and their satisfaction are his top priority. He is very attentive, accommodating, patient, polite, and respectful. You really feel like you made a friend.

My boyfriend and i went to a giants game and stayed at the bay bridge inn. It was a really nice hotel! And the manager was really nice and helpful.

I'll start with the positive: the staff was very friendly, the room rate was quite cheap, there is free parking (in SF!), and a strong WiFi connection. After that it got much worse. My room smelled of horrible paint that gave me a constant headache and with the location of the motel there should be better locks on the doors as it would be quite easy for someone to break in.

Meet my expectations. Great location. Parking available (got full at night). Ok WiFi. The rooms are average and is more motel style than hotel.

I went there in January 2015 for a conference, and had a very pleasant stay.

Was very satisfied with my stay here. Staff is very cool and made sure my car was safe the entire weekend (parking is a challenge in SF, to say the least, and it seems they have more room than parking spaces). Room was great with beautifully redone bathroom, nice bed linens, great LG flatscreen (altho I couldn't change aspect ratio to the proper 16:9 widescreen format), minifridge and microwave, work desk, table. Everything the business traveller needs. Perfect location in SOMA, walking distance (10mins) to Moscone Center, Whole Foods, Escape from NY Pizza etc. My new "Go To" SF hotel (in lieu of driving from Daly City or Berkeley to save money).

I GOT TO THE HOTEL EARLY ABOUT 12:30 PM,FROM LAS VEGAS, CHECK IN IS 3:00 PM. RICKY, THE MANAGER WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING, RIGHT AWAY HE INSTRUCTED THE MAIDS TO CLEAN A ROOM FOR US TO HAVE A REST, AFTER DRIVING FOR 9 HOURS I REALLY NEEDED A REST! I DID APPRECIATE HIS CONSIDERATION. PARKING IS FREE, CONSIDERING THAT IN SAN FRANCISCO PARKING CAN COST YOU MORE THAN A HOTEL ROOM. OVERALL WE HAVE A GOOD STAY.

I was very happy about this motel. Everything was great. very helpful staff. It is really worth for that money.

Great location and free parking! Front desk guy was very helpful and knowledgeable in what neighborhoods to stay away from, best attractions, and best way to get around the city. He let us come before check in and park for free as well, very accommodating. Rooms were ok, would stay here again for the price.

It's not a comfort area but good to stay for a while. Parking lot needed improve to absorb the number of actual customer car.

The man working the reception desk this last weekend was more than helpful, he pulled out a map and showed me places to go without me even asking. He let us check in very early so we could sleep a little and held our bags for is afterwards which I don't think this place usually does. He always asked how we were doing so he was awesome. The only thing was the airconditioner wouldn't stay on so we would get hot, and the location wasn't that great but I should have done my research. Room was nice & clean. I would stay here again while visiting San fan but would probably look for something else first in a nicer area.

I've stayed here before. I like the location, the rooms are pretty nice and they usually have parking available.
