Friendly, however first room the toilet was broken then got moved to a second room and toilet was still broken and the shower head was broken too

Good enough.

The property is convenient and straight forward. The parking is very tight, compact cars are recommended. There are not a lot of amenities. The blanket slightly smelled in small spots, and the towels looked dirty but did not smell. Good for a short stay and if you're only there for a place to sleep.

As always it's a good place to stay close to everything and there's free parking. Keep in mind that there are only 11 parking spaces and 22 rooms. Therefore it's a first come first serve. But it's free !!!
