I love the easy walking to Oracle and the bay. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. What I don't like is how dark the bathrooms are. Everything else is great.

Good hotel
Outdoor seating area and lobby were incredibly well decorated. All COVID precautions were enforced. Valet was great and you can text them to have your car brought around. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were decently clean. There was a random bag of trash sitting by the elevators, which was kinda yucky. Coffee bar downstairs is just ok. A bit overpriced in my humble opinion. They had a pop-up breakfast event to create your own breakfast bowl, but $23 seemed exorbitant. Location was great, CVS e blocks down and a liquor store across the street. Reasonably walkable distance from touristy attractions (Pier 39 and the like). No microwave or coffee maker in the rooms, which wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but might be for others. They do offer room service. Check in staff was very polite and accomodating. For the price, I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel was fantastic, staff was exceptional. And the experience as a whole was 5 stars. This hotel makes you feel special, especially the staff at the front door. They welcomed us in a way that was kind and genuine. Absolutely loved this place and would hope I can stay here again in the future while visiting SF!

Alex and Michael were so helpful and friendly at the desk! Housekeeping was great. Our room was spacious and modern/clean. We thorough enjoyed our first visit to San Francisco and will come back to this hotel next time!

A very nice, clean hotel with a friendly staff. The exercise room was stocked with all necessary equipment to get a good workout. Its walking proximity to the ballpark and other attractions was nice.
It was a unique atmosphere with modern decor. I loved the convenience of having a bar and a coffee shop within the hotel. I also loved the outdoor patio seating area with the firepits! It was also super close to everything.
